Just came over to Danny’s to have breakfast only to learn that Danny has passed away. Incredibly sad. The old Cantankerous guy will truly be missed by me and I’m sure by many others. Rest easy Danny. I’ll be looking for you on the other side.

I eat their breakfast every morning, the biscuits are the best ive ever had, better than grandmas, buttery, fluffy, crispy delicious. the gravy is spot on and the grits! never had grits that were already seasoned to perfection. buttery goodness. most places just serve plain grits, these are buttery and perfect. The prices are affordable and if you ask me they could charge alot more. Food is great. Prices are great and the girls are the sweetest!
I love Danny’s! My husband and his family have been going here for years. The oven baked Greek chicken is my absolute favorite. And the service is always top notch!
Food was excellent. Tables were sticky and it was so cold inside otherwise would have been a 5 star.
Good old fashioned breakfast and comfort food. Try the Sausage omelet, absolutely delicious.

HOW DOES THIS PLACE HAVE A REVIEW RATING OF MORE THAN A 1 OR 2?I went to this restaurant because it was highly recommended by someone for their good food. Not only was I disappointed in the way the food tasted I also was very disappointed in the service. When I first walked in of course I was greeted and that was awesome. When it came time to make the payment for my bill I handed the guy (Danny) at the register my debit card, he rung it up didn't tell me how much it was and then as I'm reaching for my card back he threw it on the counter at me. I was expecting baked mac and cheese, but instead received what appeared to be boxed. The potato salad was watery. The hamburger steak was dry. I had to go and buy brown gravy in order to eat the hamburger patty. All in all...A HIGH DISAPPOINTMENT.
I can’t believe anyone would leave a bad review for this place. They have great food at great prices. The people there are always extremely busy but very welcoming. To think they could learn every customer’s name is asinine. I hate when people leave bad, hateful reviews for petty reasons. We have eaten there for years and will continue to.
