First time at Cracker Barrel..I had a hard time choosing because of the many different choices on their menu. But, I finally chose the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken with baby carrots and hashbrown casserole. ($10.49 plus tax) See the picture. Customer service is on point. I will definitely go back again.Well, we went back again today and we got the Cheeseburger Plate and Chicken Fried Chicken Plate (see pictures)....needless to say, they were delicious!! I even have leftovers for my supper tomorrow.
It's cracker barrel. Sometimes they are busy, you have to wait to be seated, sometimes they aren't. I really wish the app wpuld let you hold a spot for big groups. But it only goes up to 6. But I feel like the service is hit or miss. Usually it's good service, good food. But this last time we had to wait on our food for almost an hour after ordering and then it came out wrong. They were kind of busy but not the busiest I have seen them. The waitress fixed the orders but I was disappointed.

Second time ever eating here. My husband and I played the little game that’s on the table. We enjoyed it so much we purchased one. The food was scrumptious. I got a loaded sweet potato yum! They also have some really jazzy gift ideas in the store part of the restaurant. Lastly, I was surprised that they sell alcohol. Great way to end the night.
The food is good. Only thing is off you're not into pork, there are limited choices in sides. It's either bacon or ham in the veggies including the beans and greens. The mashed potatoes are rather dry. The southern fried chicken is fried with great seasoning. I forgot to take a pic of the food. We did have to wait a long time for service but our server was new. It's cool. She apologized and was very kind. Nonetheless, we will return. Oh the biscuits are EVERYTHING ?
Best pancakes I've had in a while. Service was great and super friendly staff. Coming from Hawaii, a $50.00 meal for 4 adults was appreciated.
I called in my order, and it was ready when I got there. My son of Course Couldn't wait as I meandered through the country store, so he went to the truck and started eating. He had tried their smokey tenders and said the taste didn't sit well on his pallet. An employee asked if we wanted to talk to a manager. So I was thinking what's the point my son ate his meal except for the chicken, but we decided to talk to the manager on duty. After explaining what happened, she offered another fresh batch or something different. He opted for grilled chicken . Which was hot fresh and fast. We normally don't get the chance to eat out much lately and this was the 1st time in a while that we were able to get Cracker Barrel. The experience was a positive one and my Son realized it as well. Thank You So Much To The Staff At the South elm Eugene Cracker Barrel. You Made our Hearts & Tummies Happy!
I stopped by to buy a box of their famous pancakes mix. The cashier was very polite and helpful. She even suggested the blueberry syrup, which I had never tried. She gave me a sample to try so I would know if I liked it. I absolutely love pancakes and Cracker Barrel has the absolute BEST!
