Update: 05/08/2022I have to let y’all know this spot has the best catfish around. I mean probably for all of Greensboro. The catfish is fresh and crispy, also well seasoned! I’m still sticking to what I said about their service but their chef’s ??? definitely know what they’re doing!Good food poor service. Get delivery of you live close. Waitress disappeared multiple times for 20 min+…. Plus they have a “ Service charge “ which is ghetto af…. Assuming their customers won’t tip for larger tables. Which was. Actually lower than what we would of tipped our waitress. Why don’t you pay your employee a livable wage? Anyways other that they have good food. Just poor service and customer value.
We ate there a month or so ago, I had the catfish plate it was simply delicious. Only thing they don't have coleslaw, I love that when I'm dining on fish. Our server was fantastic. She went over and above to make sure we were getting food fast, and horrt.The others had seafood boils. Didn't hear any complaints. We will go back. Thank you, keep up the good work.B. Harrison
Food was great I really liked it
Had no problem getting seated on Saturday evening. Our server was quick and attentive. The layout feels like just what it is, a restaurant in a strip center store. I had the fried oyster basket which was reasonable in price and qty. Unfortunately the oysters were possibly the worst I've had. I'm not sure what it was, they just didn't taste right. The sweet potato fries were cross cuts right out of the freezer served with about a tablespoon of ketchup. No sauce for the oysters. Not where I'll be heading again.
I order food from door dash less than 10 mins ago this is what I ordered and this is what I got! The crab cakes are small and GREASY I just spent $21.25 for food I am going to throw away
Excellent service. Angela need an award for upon and beyond. Great attitude, friendly and welcoming.wow all the food we order always hot. Lol my husband said his mouth was steaming hot and he loves it… perfect ??BRAVO!!!!
The only word that comes to mind is, FANTASTIC! I can honestly say this was the best low country seafood I have had since I lived in Fl as a kid. The staff was so kind, prompt and very attentive. My husband and I were celebrating our first year wedding anniversary and I am so happy to have come here.If y'all want some good seafood give this place a go. 5 Stars from me. We will be coming back next anniversary.
The food was indeed great, but the customer service was very awful! From the time I walked in, the host was acting so confused and vibes were off, she seem like she didn't want to work,, we were seated , she didn't let me know if a waiter was coming or anything, I was confused on who the waiter was.. I waited 20minutes to order a glass of water!! Ok fast forward , I get my drinks .. waiter still hasn't came to the table.. I had to ask the other waiter , very tall guy to take my order! (Now this very d*** sad at this point) he literally took over the table which was sweet of him!! And made sure everything was great and I was satisfied! So I gladly tipped him. But honey I will NOT be returning! The customer service is trash. Please hire new employees
The staff was very kind but the taste of the food was not good. The shrimp was extremely over cooked and was not properly cleaned. It was clear the potato in my bag had not been washed before cooking because the taste was very earthy and poorly seasoned. I also had very little sauce in the bag. I hate this was my experience from one of my favorite chains.
The server was nice and upbeat, however she never refilled our drinks. The food itself was not satisfying and seemed to lack taste. I am highly disappointed in what I received and what I paid. The crab legs were missing two claws and the eggs were not in the bag. The sauce was watery and lacked seasoning. I was extremely excited to try a new restaurant but left feeling like I wasted money. I will not be returning.
