The service is slow, the food is hard, overcooked, and sometimes cold. If you ask for a manager, she takes forever to come out and is not very helpful. This will be my last time coming. It has really gone downhill.
Worst experience ever. They will be closing soon. Order a Jr Tray with hot dog and Regular Tray with 2 hotdogs was charged over $8 for that one. Question them they said because my son order his hot dog with chili, slaw, mustard and onions and you have to pay extra even though I ordered my the same way and was not charge. Paid $17 in total. The hot dog buns were hard as a rock and stale had them remake mine and they gave me another hard and stale bun. I trashed the bun and just ate the hot dog. My son was too embarrassed to ask for fresh buns on his. Worst place ever. They don't care either so I am sure it will go out of business. Don't waste your hard earned money.
The food here is usually on point. I just left CookOut on Battleground avenue. I must say this was the worse experience I’ve ever had there. I had 4 orders I received 3 went back to pick up the 4th order and the children that were running the window were playing. The food fries were hard like they had been sitting out all day. Corn dogs and cheeseburgers were cold. So disappointed!!! It will be a while before I visit this place again. Very Disappointed!!!!
I've come here a couple times in the past few weeks and multiple times I have not been given all my food when I left the drive through. I wait 25 mins in line, drive home, find half my food missing, drive back, wait another 25 mins, finally get to the window and my missing food is given to me cold. I guess my bad for having to check not once but twice thay my food was given to me correctly when I ALREADY have to drive back after its been wrong. Consistenly bad service.
Had a very bad experience. For the 1st time took my mom and was treated very rudely at the drive-through. The lady taking our order asked us to hurry up and then got our order wrong and I think it was on purpose, because the items that I asked not to have on my food we're on their in double portions. Just a bad experience. Have had good experiences but makes me think twice about going back.
I placed an order here at 10:57 am. Order #1017. Cashier was Kareem J. I had almost eaten all of my burger and I thought something didn't taste right. I looked at it and it was cold pick inside. Yuck! I hope I don't get food poisoning!! UGH!
For some reason they're all delivering the small bite-sized patties, regardless of what burger you're ordering??For a half hour wait in line I'd expect something else. $8 for a schoolchildren's snack? On a 30min wait? I'd rather pick up a REAL burger for the same price in less time, thank you.Fast-food isn't so fast no more.No convenience, no cheap options. Only snappy employees that are weirdly pushy over.
Food was good and priced well. Lack of indoor seating and drive through is one busiest in town.
Great food, but they need to relearn their inside dining customer service.
I don’t get what’s so hard about putting a piece of foil on the bottom of a tray. I don’t like holes, and I certainly don’t like cancer on can get when you melt Styrofoam.
