Price way more on the menu than it actually is and it’s NOT worth it! The workers are sweet & quick, but the owners/corporate are getting greedy. It costs $8 for a tray now (used to be $6.59) which is not worth it for what is probably frozen fast food. I always thought the food was okay, what drew me in was the value. I do not see the point coming here anymore when I can get a Gyro or Mexican food that is the same price and better quality.I won’t be returning!
Just left here paid $3.94 for a large cheese fries I can literally count the fries I paid for . If this is a large it should be $1.25 smh
My daughter just brought me back some more slop from the one Summit ave. In Greensboro, N.C. the quality of food has really went downhill the past couple of years, getting burnt food, getting the order wrong, constantly out of certain foods, get cheese sprinkling of cheese fries. It's sad that there's no work ethic with this young generation.
The food is far better than the shakes recommended that you get a regular soft drink with your meal like cheerwine or fruit punch
I hope you guys appreciate how lucky you are to have this chain in your city ! I tried almost every burger in NYC and it doesn’t even come close to what I discovered here… better than Five guys, five napkins, shake shack …. Everything is about that beef patty, taste like straight out of a BBQ party where the host is BFF with the neighborhood butcher…. Ps: I had to order another 1/4 pound classic… so my guess next time I’ll try the 1/2 pound classic
Always a 40 minute line. I usual just go to the walk up. But today I stood there for 20mins after ringing the bell and no one ever come. After having to get in this line all of a sudden they come to the window for someone else. The service in this store is sub par to the training provided. It’s a simple to much playing and not enough working going on. There needs to be a corporate intervention at this store the food quality is never the same and the wait is ridiculous no matter the time. You can always know coming here you never get the same thing even if you order it the exact same every time. You may get a order of fry’s or two fry’s 1 chicken finger or 3 might only get half a cup of tea but you can count on one fact it’s never the same at this cookout
Typical cookout, good food. But I can tell this place is overworked. Whatever the employees make needs to be doubled, we went to order food here and the guy who gave us food looked like he was going to pass out from stress and it kinda of frightened us just getting a quick bite to eat. You know you go to a place to eat not a sweatshop. Don't blame the guy I just seriously concerned supporting this place If all the workers feel like that too.
Food was good but our order was missing 2 items. The staff happily and quickly resolved the issue.
Always HORRIBLE service. Tonight was last time going there. Waited in walk-up window for 30 minutes and my food was still wrong. Youth group, 25 or so kids ordered after me. They had their food and sitting down outside eating!! Lady at window thought it was funny and the manager on duty could have cared less!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
