For some reason the the Huffman Mill road location can never get your order right it's like you repeated over and over again and either it's missing something it's got something on and that it shouldn't have and the food is just not good I mean I know people are short-staffed and things are crazy right now with restaurants and staffing and having enough people to work but you could at least make sure the food that you're putting out the window is good food prices have went up and people are paying their hard-earned money for the food at least they could get what they paid for.
Typically, Cookout is good, however, tonight, that was not the case. Somehow, my oreo milkshake wasn't blended, just chunky oreo bits on top of the ice cream.
I don't know what happened but their service at this location has gone downhill everything I ordered was overcooked. We were waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes for our food...
Quality of the milkshakes has gone downhillI asked for a simple combination of 4 flavors and it was runny and gross. I come to cookout for their shakes and with prices going up the quality of the food shouldn't go downhill. What a disgrace....
Um this time they got my ordered right. Like i want it Um this right Employees was Working Lesson Carefully No other Loud Over talking Employees Um Thats the way .All Place need 2 Be. And Our self money Ready Music turned down and off our cell phone when we at the drive-thru ordering food
I am from California, so we do not have Cook Out, but this place is amazing! I never knew what hush puppies were until I went here and I have been ordering them once a week! I definitely recommend this place! The food is outstanding and it is sold at a great price! In addition, the customer service is great!
Love it... awesome food... good service... affordable prices... it's very busy so be ready to wait in line bur it moves reasonably quick... it's worth the wait.... highly recommend ????
I come here a lot on my lunch between 2 and 3 am. The service is good- the lady that works the window at that time is always sweet. The food is good- decent prices. They have awesome bbq and good pink lemonade. I've never eaten anything from here that wasn't good. I've had their burgers, hotdogs, corn dogs, grilled chicken, bacon wraps, chicken nuggets, shakes- all delicious.
Horrible service. We called and no one answered. Nothing was correct after ordering $20 worth of food. We live 30 mins from location and couldn't drive back after realizing order was wrong.
The food is good but they get in a hurry and always get the orders wrong. 3 out of 5 times. Once I was charged twice for my sandwich. You can't go inside and think twice before I go there because of the messed up orders
