i got a tray it was about $8 which is too high for what you get. i got onion rings with my tray. 4 to be exact. when i asked why i got so little the lady said you only get 4 in a tray. for the quality of food and service and the price and amount of food you get is ridiculous. this is why i dont eat at cookout anymore.
Try the other cookout just a little bit further down the road. The workers here are unusually impatient in order taking, which naturally led to wrong orders all around, at higher costs to you, and time absolutely wasted.Don't bother coming! Beef patty is mediocre too and smaller than before. They're skimping in these times!!
Drive-thru person blew up at me for not being able to understand the overdriven distorted speaker. May she never face such an ogre as herself.Never again. Not at any location.
I love cook out and everytime I'm back down south, It's my first place to go.Can't go wrong with that glorious tray.
Used to be the best cook out in Greensboro but the clowns working at this place now are rude, will yell at you through the intercom, demand you change drive thru lanes for no apparent reason (only to then say you have to park and go to the walk up window to give your order), or best of all say they're no longer taking orders 15 minutes before close when you're the only customer in line. Easily the worst fast food experience I've had anywhere.

This establishment has disappointed me very much! Arriving at this establishment they were not busy in the slightest. Maybe around 4 cars at the time, including mine! I had ordered my burger with cheese and it came without cheese, I order my fries cajun and I got regular, I ordered a cajun wrap and it came as a ranch wrap. I am honestly impressed and quite befuddled at the fact that they managed to mess up every element of my meal! 0/10
Great food and extremely fast service for how massively busy they are. Don't let the traffic lines way out in the street fool you, it won't take long to get your order.
Food is good and prices are exceptional.
I was disappointed with my last visit. My hamburger was dry, the meat was a consistency of what chili meat would be; Dry, hard and not much taste. Sadly, I didn't finish it and didn't have time to go back and ask for a replacement. The only highlight was my mint chocolate chip shake and the hushpuppies.
