Food was fine, it was the rude cashier for me. Not sure of his name but he's the one that when asked if we could have ketchup gave us 4 packs for 4 people, my husband yelled the comment, we have 4 people in the car, give us more he slammed the door and came back with an attitude with 2 more and said he was following what was in the manual. Um sir, like we know what the Cook Out manual has in it! He was clearly overwhelmed with the drive thru. If you can get past that you'll enjoy your tray! And, the perfect ice cubes with your drink. I had Cheerwine! A sweet treat.
This is my cheddar style burger, no onions, extra mayo add pickles. You guys are a joke! Corporate should be so proud of this store. The fact that I'm visiting from out of town, makes it hard to address the manager for a refund
Too many stars! I came from out of town and can’t address this matter. I ordered a cheddar style burger tray with no onions , xtra mayo and add pickles. This is what I received! The service to customers is horrible and the quality and appearance of the food was a joke. They should be ashamed of what the heck their workers treat customers. Not only did she rush me through my order and got mad that I asked her to repeat it, she turned around and got it wrong. Left stuff out.
This location needs a new team. He basically just threw my food in the car. No bag, no have a good day. Pants singing, underwear showing. My food was good despite my experience.
When it comes to regional chains Cookout can compete with any of the more well known names. For $15 dollars you get what would cost $25 at McDonalds and the food is objectively higher quality. 40 different milkshakes to boot. Cookout is a regional treasure and far and away my favorite fast food restaurant. Go see why for yourself, you to will be a believer.
This place is the worst cookout I have ever been to. The workers are so rude, the man that was on the second drive thru speaker has such a nasty attitude and was rude a/ soon as we started our order. I will never come back to this location.
I don't understand how this filthy excuse of a restaurant is even allowed to operate.... seriously there needs to be like 20 things cracking down on them and their terrible service...They drench the food in sauce and you can tell theyre just slapping it around without even tryingthe employees have an attitude for some reason, and look like theyre devoid of life..even the manager has an attitude..my hotdog taste like it has soap on itthey're always out of ingredients and items... sometimes they close earlyYou can forget good service late at night but theyre just as bad during the dayI can go on and on and on and on and on...Seriously they just need to quit or shut the place down it is PATHETIC..
On brand. It’s fast food so you get what you pay for. Staff was working hard but was out of a good 40% of the menu. Not their fault
This place is ok. Can barley hear when ordering in drive through with outdated equipment and a Lil slow waiting for them to take your order. The parking lot is small. But they do have everything you order and amenities in your bag then the finish up your order. Don't get the Cajun chicken sandwich the chicken is smaller the an infant foot
Dec 29, 2021 about 9:50pm...there was one car in front of me when I pulled up, no one in the other drive thru line, the lady said wait 1min before she could take my order, it ended up being almost 5mins before she was ready to take my order...got to the window, she hands me some of my order then says ok have a good night, I was missing 2 of my milkshakes and ask about them, she said oh I only heard you say 1, then walks off, comes back and says my manager said you can't add anything at the window...I wasn't trying to add anything, I was trying to get everything I had ordered...but yeah ok sis with the long red braids...I left with half my order and drove to another Cook Out for the rest of my order...IMO it was pretty ridiculous they couldn't make the 2 milkshakes she somehow didn't hear...and for the management to not gaf either?♀️?♀️
