Stay away. Don't buy tickets for this venue. They have a history of postponing shows and refusing to communicate with fans. They're not a House of Blues venue, they won't refund your tickets, their phone numbers are either disconnected or they don't return voicemails, their website Contact Is page is broken, and they don't respond to DMs.
Worse concert experience ever. I waited for key Glock for three hours after they canceled his meet and greet. At first one person said they were doing the meet and greet and I came an hour early before the show then I finally got inside a different person told me they don't do meet and greet. I purchased more for my ticket so I could meet him in person. People were pushing in the crowd and security wasn’t so much help. I’ll never come back to this place again. Whole staff lied and were unorganized.
I purchased tickets to see Raekwon and Ghostface as a surprise bday present for my husband. When we arrived to the venue from out of town, the doors were locked and we were told the show was postponed. We tried to get our money back but, no luck. When they rescheduled the show two months later, we prepared for that trip to only find out days before, that show got postponed with no new date. This was over 2 months ago and my calls have gone unanswered. All I want is a refund at this point. Can someone please reach out to me to get this rectified?
Amazing venue, very nice Inside and very clean. I seen Steel Panther here two days ago and It was the greatest concert I’ve ever seen. Seeing Steel Panther live caused my testosterone to go through the roof.

The "MOLLY HATCHHET" BAND WAS AWESOME.THEATRE GREAT, STAFF EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS.OPENING BAND, (Never got the name) was really good too.Small stage, but plenty of screens. AWESOME SHOW.Will go again.☆☆☆☆☆
