lady working tonight 5/03/22 was completely disrespectful to everyone in the restaurant especially towards the ethnic couple in front of us. isn’t getting ice cream supposed to be a fun experience?? Not with Grumpy cat over here
I ordered and paid for a birthday cake from this location several days in advance. When I was scheduled to pick up the cake, the business was closed. There was no sign on the door stating why. When I called the business, the recording said it was opening two hours late due to the weather. However, I was picking up the cake well over two hours from when it was suppose to open. I had to leave to my son's birthday party without a cake.I came in later and spoke to the manager on duty about it. She apologized for the store not opening until 2 pm and said it was due to staffing. She brought out my cake which I told her I no longer needed because the party had already taken place. I asked for a refund and she had to call the owner to get permission and instructions on her how to refund me the money. There was no compensation or expression of regret from the owner. The manager apologized but it doesn't mean much when an important part of the party was missing thanks to "staffing issues".I will NOT take my business to ice cream shop. There are plenty others around that have a much better sense of how to treat their customers.One last suggestions would be do not pay for a cake or order prior to picking it up.
Excellent Cold Stone location. The store combines the? ice cream and nextdoor ? chocolate shop so you have more space. The ice cream can be expensive but you can get a cup or come, pints to go, ice cream ? cakes and more. The staff are pretty good and they do have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, seating, and ? restrooms.
We walked in on 12/19 at 9pm (one hour before their closing time). We felt that the server was rushing us and didn’t take time to answer our questions, seemed like the server just wanted us to order and finish up. Pretty poor customer service.
Service was good, but taste was not. Ordered strawberry and cookie dough and flavor didn’t meet my expectations.

Great cakes. However, if you want to get anything written on the cake... i.e. birthday. Think again. We picked up a cake and the writing on the cake was absolutely awful !! Horrible in fact. Like a child wrote it. We couldn't even photograph cake because of it. Made a bad appearance however, it tasted great. Please Coldstone ... work on writing on the cakes as it would be a complete package .. great cake and beautiful in appearance (which it was not !)
Love me some Cold Stone Creamery! I always forget about the location in the Jefferson shopping center. After seeing the line out the door at the Friendly Centre location, we headed to Jefferson and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Picked up a couple prepared quarts of The Founders Favorite along with some yummy Rocky Mountain gourmet chocolates. The staff were really nice as well. Letting us know that we can request customized creations in the larger sizes too.
