This location was absolutely disgustingThe floors were covered in napkins, sprinkles and melted ice creamThe waffle maker was caked in discarded batterAnd there were two large uncovered vents above the counters, full of dust and debris and god knows what elseThis location is severely mismanaged and neglected
I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 14th birthday. I gave them 3 days to make the cake. I was told to pick it up at 12 noon on Wednesday. I wanted to have the cake at home for when my daughter got home from school. I got there at 1:50 to pick up my cake and was told that the cake decorator called in sick and the other one will be there at 3pm and I can come back at 3:30pm to pick up my cake. I got there at 3:50pm and was told that the cake was not decorated properly and they have to do it over and I will have to wait anothet half hour. I paid 68 dollars for this cake only to get a bunch of run around. I will no longer support this business
Don’t waste your time going here, they close 45min before their hours of operation. Go to the location at Friendly Shopping center.
Ashley the Manger on highwoods blvd was terrible to my daughter they explained how she was rude and not helpful at all to them for not liking the milkshake that was not made right and she said I can't exchange or refund
This location was horrible the problem was there was only one person working and he did a great job but its sad that the corporate people couldnt get him any more help and just left him out to dry like that if i could id give that employee five stars but the location overall is horrible because they leave there employess to fend for themselves and dont get them any help i would reccomen calling coporate like i did if you go there and only one person is working
Placed an online pick up order and went to go pick my order up and they were closed. No one called to let me know they were closing early or that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my order in time as everywhere posted online says they close at 9pm. Waiting to get my money back.
Let me start off with saying, 1 employee working on Sunday Night, yes there was a wait but it's ok. 1 employee working and being more respectful than I would have been in the same senerio. Would give 10 stars but I cannot.
I paid $52.31 for this terribly written birthday ice cream cake.We were late picking up the cake. When we arrived, we were told by the manager that they are busy and just finished "decorating" our cake and it will be another 15 to 20 minutes before we can pick it up but there was no one in the store.I am extremely disappointed in Cold Stone Creamery thinking this writing is acceptable. I should have gone to a grocery store to pick up an ice cream cake for $20 and saved my money.Do not go to this location, the manager does not care about quality.
We had one lovely worker who helped a friend and I with our order but one worker was very short and angry for no reason. I have allergies and asked if a certain ice cream had gluten in it, she retorted “um, ALL of our ice cream has gluten in it” which I know isn’t true because I’ve eaten it before. I went with a tried and true choice due to my sensitivities but I looked up allergens online and found that there are many gf options available. There should be a list they can hand to customers and the workers should be knowledgeable to know not everything has gluten. ALSO, my friend asked if one type of promotional ice cream was better than a regular ice cream. The same worker responded with attitude “well we don’t have pumpkin so…” Basically, I understand working in customer service can be difficult and I would understand if we were Karens but we were nothing but kind and I expect to be given kindness in return.
Place has gone to crap…watch your “fruit” condiments most of them are expired…then get upset when you ask to make a new one…the fruits I had where over a month old mind you this is can fruits…besides the place being dirty who ever manages I can only imagine their house
