This place was filthy! There was a very strong weird smell that was so nauseating that I had to walk out.
Overwhelming odor when I entered the front door, may have been coming from the bathroom, but the kids still wanted to get ice cream so I stayed
Great ice cream but I suggest you pay with a card. Paid with cash and received inadequate change (receipt showed I paid with a $10 when I really paid with a $20). When I attempted to correct the employee, she very loudly and argumentatively insisted I handed her a $10 and refused to even consider the possibility that a mistake was made. I’m 100% confident cameras would show I handed her a $20 but ultimately decided $10 wasn’t worth becoming a public spectacle. Unpleasant experience for sure.
Stopped in with a couple of friends this weekend after discovering Ice Scraperz had permanently closed. Staff was polite enough and they seemed to be stocked up. But there was absolutely no where clean to sit in the whole store. Everyone was eating outside (including us) despite the gusty winds because all tables were dirty and/or missing chairs. Bathrooms were also poorly maintained. Trash was full and floors did not appear to have been cleaned lately.
Cold Stone has the best ice creams to choose from. We got the Banana caramel crunch in the waffle bowl. It was outrageously good!This location has fast and friendly service.

Great ice cream, terrible customer service. I have visited this location a few times in the past couple months. The night time crew on weeknights are extremely rude. Even though their posted store closing time is listed as 10:00 pm on weeknights, these folks begin their shutdown procedures around 9:00 pm. If you come in after that you get a whole lotta attitude and treated like garbage.They don't feel like prepping more foods so they will claim that they are out of things (out of bananas even though they are sitting out in plain sight). They will huff and puff after you have to step over their freshly swept/vacuumed floor mats and mopped floors. I question their cleaning practices if they are trying to skimp and save time this badly just to save a few mins at the end of their shift. It CAN wait until you've served the last customer and the doors are locked.

Great customer service and delicious ice cream. I had a Love It sized waffle cone filled with the Founders Special- sweet cream ice cream, almonds instead of pecans, brownies, fudge & caramel. I won’t substitute the nuts next time though, the almonds were too salty and not as sweet as the pecans. But balanced with the other ingredients it was still yummy.The family had a kiddie sized waffle cone with sweet cream & strawberry ice creams and a Like It sized milkshake made with chocolate and coffee ice creams. Of course it was late and I forgot to get pictures, but I promise they looked as good as they sound and tasted.
Service is fast & ice cream is delicious!
