Hi, I went to clean juice in hopes to get a refreshing juice after my lovely hike in the woods and I was met with gawks, stares, and whispers by all the employees (and even some customers). I didn’t know that I had to be a size 2 to get some juice that is waaaaayyyyy overpriced might I add. Learn some human decency and stop gawking at people that aren’t skinnier. You never know what someone is going through, for me I am starting my health journey. It was rude and ruined the whole experience for me. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Learn how to treat people with kindness and maybe you would get some more business.
Order the berry bowl for delivery but when I opened the lid, i did not see granola or blueberries at all even though the description of the bowl was acai with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, goji berries and granola. I only opted to remove honey but who knew they removed 2 ingredients I did not request to be removed! The almond butter add on was good. The acai bowl itself was alright though would have liked the fruit portions to be a bit more substantial given the price. I understand food prices are increasing but still found $17 for the bowl (with 2 add ons) a bit steepUpdate: 2nd delivery came without orange that I added and presentation was not good.
I was on the phone with my mom and she placed a order for two 8oz juices. The girl charged her for two 16oz instead. Luckily i know this place fairly well and i caught it bc she would've charged her 22.00 instead of 15.00! This place also has increased prices i understand everything is more pricey nowadays however 7.50 for 8oz juice is not reasonable.**Update to your response she came home with two 8oz bottles so for you to assume and say you did not have it that day is unprofessional and a blaten lie. You have just lost a customer. I have a juicer at home and also ran a small business using my juicer but when I do not feel like making juice I came to your store. So don't tell me what the cost is and how it is affecting your price increase. Not once did I imply it was too expensive I simply stated that your employee almost charged my mom for two 16oz bottles instead of the two 8oz that she sat on your counter. Nice way to speak to your customer. I will be inside your store to speak with the GM and go over your head with better business bureau if need be. See you soon!***
I've had Acai bowls before... unfortunately I did not like Clean Juice. There was no natural sweetness at all. It almost tasted like dirt! The Granola tasted old, and the bananas and strawberries were not good at all.
I was VERY dissatisfied with this experience! I have been to clean juice before and enjoyed the food and drinks that I had received. Today, I placed my order (an immunity one 2.0) at 11:30am.I waited for drink, and waited… saw people come and go… and waited some more. When I asked the employee (Karlie) how much longer, she asked my name… and located the cup. I walked away../ but after 10 more minutes…. My drink had still not been delivered to me. I went the counter and asked what the problem was. She explained to me an issue with the juicer, and that was the hold up. I am very understanding, but as everyones time is delicate, I was frustrated that she didn’t explain the issue to me sooner and allow me the option to change my order or cancel. Even after I asked how much longer, I explained would have been a great time to share the hold up. I got my drink finally at 12:00 to discover big chunks of ice in my blended drink. I went back in and they remade it. Much better the last time but unfortunately it took until 12:05 to get it right.
I had been eagerly waiting to try Clean Juice, what a big diasappointment. The place has fresh juices and horrible customer service. No one greeted myself or others that came while I was there. The cashier had us stand behind a customer for over 5 minutes after she had taken her order. She didn’t ask to help the next customer. Once I got to the register she just stood there, I asked was she ready since she didn’t ask for my order, she still didn’t respond. At this point I was ready to leave but I just stated what I wanted then she finally opened her mouth to get a name for my order. No thank you, no step to the side and wait for your order , sometimes silence speaks louder than words. I could have went where customers are appreciated. This was on 3/25/2022 @ 5 pm. Is there really a difference between bad customer service and no customer service?…The 1 star was for the fresh juice.
The staff appeared so overwhelmed with orders they did not even seem to notice me standing in front of the register. As I was standing there waiting to be acknowledged, I noticed the work stations and floor were so filthy. Then one of the staff asked a gentleman what he was waiting for, she forgot his order. Few minutes later, a staff finally said something. I had ordered online therefore it was ready, but the preparation was sloppy. My bowl was overflowing and my drink cup was slimy. Too bad I am really a big fan of clean juice but today was not a good visit. I won’t be coming back for a while.
Was excited to try Clean Juice since there aren’t many smoothie options in Greensboro and it was a complete let down. I ordered the So Basic One and got a weirdly colored dull pink, over blended liquid. If you’re selling smoothies, you would assume the company knows how to blend it correctly and not make it runny liquid form. Overpriced for what it is. Never going back. I called and spoke to the manager who took no responsibility and blamed an employee for probably not following the recipe correctly….I’m also 7’months pregnant and really craving a good smoothie but was nervous to drink this because the color was off and wasn’t sure what I got. Guess it’s back to Tropical Smoothie ??♀️?
Always a pleasure! I travel for work & I love stopping by Clean Juice for healthy options when I’m on the road. Thank you!!
Got "the glow one" just like it comes and it tasted like cucumber flavored water. Maybe I should have asked for no ice? Definitely not worth $10. Not sure I'll feel wealthy enough to return for another try.
