2 friend and my self went today for Drag Brunch it was so much fun! The food was awesome and well priced. The lady with the baby was so sweet (I believe she was the owner or manager), she was nothing but so sweet! We will be returning next month again for the July drag show!!!
The food was great!! They had two specials for the day and we had both so good. Food came out fast and hot, the wait staff could of had a little more pep in there step. We will be back.
This was my 1st time at ‘cille & ‘scoe and it was fantastic! Exceeded my expectations in a big way! I’ve been wanting to go for a while, but timing had been an issue… I will find time going forward!! I’m going to take friends & family there going forward. The staff and service was excellent as well as the food!
Atmospheric decadence as soon as you walk in, the food was the high point and it never went downhill. Everything came out with timely precision and an aroma you could smell before they came around the corner to serve it. Very friendly wait staff and cook team made it for a welcoming and friendly environment. For the amount of thought that went into the presentation of all of the dishes, it was all very fairly priced and is on my list of favorites in Greensboro
Went there for brunch yesterday. A late brunch. Had to wait for a table, but that’s expected. Got seated in the amount of time they said. Had a new waitress who was super. Charming, with a wide smile, and was outstanding in her service. Hope she can stay because she was great. They were out of a few things due to the farm to table style and our late arrival, but what my wife and I had was absolutely delicious. I had read some recent bad reviews so I was a little worried, but I’m not worried anymore. I will be back.
The first time I ate here I loved it! Returned today with my daughter. I really wanted her to try the shrimp and grits but it wasn’t on the menu. The waitress was very accommodating and asked if they could make. So far so good. This is where things went left. The bought our food out and it looked delicious. Both plates had a pretty flower garnish. Soon as I picked up my fork to eat I noticed a bug crawling on my flower about the size a little larger than a gnat but not as big as a fly. I called the closest waiter over and showed it to him and showed it to him. No apology’ matter of fact he didn’t even say a word he just took my plate and went back to kitchen. Came back few minutes later with the same plate and different flower garnish. I’m still trying to give the restaurant a chance but as I look at the new purple flower on my plate there are now tiny little white bugs crawling out of it. I called our waitress over and she is not apologetic she says there are not any more shrimp and grits and perhaps we could try something else. Then she totally discounts our feelings saying “I promise they don’t want your food”. I say…I don’t want to eat bugs either. Long story short we took the flower off and attempted to eat but my daughter saw bugs crawling out of her flower garnish and we just couldn’t stomach it. They gave us a box for the left overs and the bill. I paid and tipped.. but make sure I took a video before leaving so that I can leave a review. I’m all for for fresh farm to table food and all. But not so fresh it’s still moving when on my plate.
Big disappointment! Came here to celebrate my daughters graduation. The food took 1 1/12 hours to come out, The steak pasta was dry ($29)! My daughter didn’t get her food and my grandkids 2&4 ordered kids meals and we didn’t get those as well. Half the party cancelled their food and left, completely ruined my daughters dinner!
Pete is an AMAZING BARTENDER! He made me the best Margarita that I have had in Greensboro NC! And this is not a paid review at all! We randomly came in and I asked for a Margarita , he said I can make you a Blood Orange Margarita…I definitely did not think it would he as good as it was but OMG!! Thank you PETE‼️ Give that man a RAISE!‼️
A friend and I dined at brunch. It was excellent. No fussy menu but what taste ! A bit of a wait simply due to its quality and great service. and popularity. I look forward to a return visit. Highly recommend.
Great NC sourced restaurant!First off, yes the other reviews are correct about the waiting times. Like many restaurants they are under staffed, so if you're understanding of this then go because its worth the wait. We went for brunch at 1pm on a Sunday and waited 30 mins to be seated. Then about 45 mins to get our food.I got the Short Rib Omelte and my girlfriend got the Biscuits and Gravy. The omelte was unlike any other I've had and absolutely delicious. The Biscuits and Gravy would high quality as well.Good elevated food. Looking forward to coming back to try dinner.
