There food is so good, if we can get past the “City Girls” teenager they have at the drive thru with 40 bracelets on her arm and the stank face, it’s a shame! Saniaa or whatever your name is please do better young lady. I was so heated, I saw her working the next time I wanted food and drove past the establishment. GHETTO! If you can’t serve chicken with a smile I feel sorry for your life.
Food was fresh and good but person at drive thru needs customer service training (attitude was horrible)
First of all paid for one thing and they gave you something else the chicken taste like it had been cooked and dropped back in the grease the fried okra tasted like the chicken but it had a bad taste to it french fries the same I think they needed to change the grease or either it was cooking everything in the same Grease I think they cook fish in that grease as well place had a b grade even look dirty hadn't ate there in years and won't eat there for more years to come but never feed my family there
This is the 3rd time , same location... That I don't receive my full order or the right items. It's crazy how each time I'm always having to call up just to tell them how poorly they do their job. I worked at fast food for years... And idk if it's the workers that talk more than they work, or the manager in charge. But it never seems to register thru anyone there, that my order may be missing something.
Placed a drive through order and pulled up to three window at 6:30pm, it was 2 guys and 1 girl, NOBODY HAD IN A MADK, NOBODY HAD GLOVES ON AND NOBODY HAD HAIR NETS ON....SO UNSANITARY. Thet in there laughing and talking, the guy fixing the food was talking over the food and that was just NASTY. I politely drove off... that place is SIMPLY HORRIBLE. DO N OU T GO THERE ?????

Great tasting food for an even better price
It is 7:31 pm I just left Churches Chicken on Randleman rd., the man who was taking my order in drive thru says it will be 15 minutes on fresh chicken, I said that will be okay. Then I tell him I want a 3 piece ALL DARK MEAT, and he tells me the chicken that will be ready in 15 minutes is all taken, and there is NO ONE in the place but workers & then he says, “ we close in 30 minutes and I’m not dropping any more chicken.” The advertisement on the internet for this business says they close @ 10:00 pm! People are slack here!
Went and got 1 large mac n cheese cause I love their mac n cheese , usually great . Got home ate it only thing I ate all day and I got sick . For 3 hours felt terrible . Never again .
Hadnt been there in a while. Did the drive thru this evening and they were amazing very polite and friendly plus they were so helpful! The girl who gave us our order was super nice and a pretty face. Nice to see thia kind of kindness in the food industry especially these days
