I absolutely love Church’s Chicken and the biscuits are always good! I just wish they’d renovate this location because it’s dirty and have potholes. I mean the drive through ordering system don’t even work but this is how they do our black neighborhoods which is very sad.
The manager Jordan Ray is the worst. He tried to sale me a peice of dry old chicken. He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and instead of trying to assist customers with their orders, he likes to debate, belittle, and disrespect customers. I had a very bad experience multiple times at this location mostly due to him. He should be terminated!
The female at the drive thru had a nasty attitude. I had to come back twice because of old chicken. SMH.... you only can hold chicken for 2 hrs in the food service business. That place need a torn down and a rebuild.
Been to Churches in a lot of different Cities and hoods ... But this Churches was probably the best on point for Churches food, cleanliness, and most importantly customer service
They people in here give us beautiful black people a bad name. These dudes were so unprofessional, cussing at the drive thru and doing way too much. I hate it because this is the type of stereotype people have about us anyway. I hate to see our young men acting so stupid, especially in a work environment. We just have a long way to go man.
The chicken is soaked in oil and my potatoes was cold and my orka was bruned black I took my food back to show themShout that station down or fix it.
Great place good food prices affordable time availability usually good too. And they are hiring.
I ordered an 8 piece box ($21.99) with macaroni and okra (was told extra dollar for each side) and the Texas Tender/shrimp box ($6).I got 8 pieces of chicken NO BISCUITS and Mashed potatoes and Slaw but was charged the full price for everything. The women working the drive-through was so terrible and rude! I didn't bother to go back and complain because I knew I would be met with same rude attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
Great chicken and chicken sandwiches. Friendly staff doing the best they can with what they have. Be patient and understand it may take longer than it did 2 years ago....
This is one of those situations where you can judge a book by its cover...service was poor and 92.5 sanitation grade says it all. Do the city a favor and close this location like the one on spring garden..
