great service and food love tue birthday party
It was very small the workers didn’t seem to really wanna be there. I waited in line for 5 mins to pause my time card and wasted the time on it. The worker was eating at the salad bar while I was trying to get a prize and finished then came over. When I was leaving no one came to the door and there was a manager and 3 workers standing around. So I just left but other then that it was cute and little
This chuck e cheese is very busy on a Spring break Friday. They were extremely short handed, HOWEVER, the employees who were there were very gracious and doing everything they could to make the experience enjoyable. The Food was fantastic and all of the games were in working order. I would go again and understand the "mind set" of employee shortage. If you are not a patient person redirect your plans. If you are patient and understand...GO!
Had my son's 5th birthday party on 3/26/22. Jalil was my party person and Tammie was the manager on duty. This was my 8th party here (I have 2 kids they only want Chuck e Cheese) and this time I had the best experience ever. Jalil was on point like a fax machine. Every bump in the road was corrected immediately and Tammie is the best manager I have ever encountered. She made every problem seem like nothing.i was actually able to feel like a party guest instead of running around crazy. This was my best party experience ever. Thank you so so much Tammie and Jalil you 2 are the real MVP's. Yall deserve raises.
Great place for the kids , it’s crowded on the weekends but good place for birthday parties .
I came by Chuck E Cheese alone. I intended just to play games and eat. About 30 minutes into playing games, I was approached by a parent. The parent said I am making them and their children uncomfortable. Soon after, an employee walked over and asked why I am alone and asked my age. They said they’re not asking me to leave but said it might be best if I left because people dont want me there! I heard some people saying I am probably taking photos of kids! I didn’t do anything. I left my phone in my car. I was just there to play games and eat. People need to understand - there are those of us who are still children at heart! I will likely go to another Chuck E Cheese next time. I feel the employee should have done more to defend me against those rude parents.
Over crowded. And rude staff.
It was excellent! Clean, friendly staff, and good food! Everyone had a great time. I do recommend!
My daughter enjoyed having her birthday here. So much fun for everyone.
