I normally never leave a review for anything, This would be my first review. I would first like to say thank you so much to this company for offering 30% off for military members. That is absolutely amazing that your company honors our heroes. I will be sending all my business your way. Tons of places stopped offering military discount and I have stopped giving them my business but to all of my fellow veterans and military members please go to this restaurant and spread the word if you are military 30% off!!!!!!!!!!!! Let’s GO!!!!!!
I used to love coming here but the service is so bad and the people who work here are so rude that I won’t be returning. 3 people (one of them being a manager) working on pick up orders, didn’t even look up at us or acknowledge us in any way, shape, or form for the 10 minutes we were standing there. We just walked out because clearly they don’t care about their customers. Extremely disappointing.
I was invited by the manager to give Chopt a try. I must say I was not disappointed. Absolutely delicious ?? Hurry and go get you some??
Nice atmosphere, delicious salad, the staff are very friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond to take care of me when I accidentally spilled my drink all over the table.Thank you!
Ridiculous! This is the $10+ Mexican chicken Caesar wrap they just gave to us at the Greensboro, NC location in Friendly Shopping center. This place used to be great but the portions and standards have fallen so far that is absolutely not worth it. Just awful!!!!
This place is awful, I ordered the Crispy Chicken Ranch Salad. What I got was cold and obviously days old fried chicken and the product was conveyed from their picture to have a good amount of chunky looking squared pepper jack and what I got was shredded. I didn't even taste the cheese because of that. You'd think presentation and freshness would be a salad restaurants main focus. I only gave it two stars because the ranch was nice and the size appropriate for the $.
My 1st time visiting this place and this young lady acting like I couldn’t make my salad like I wanted being very rude my last time visiting this place! Least the manger was nice to asks me how was everything and how could she fix the problem but I told her don’t worry abt it bc that visit will be my last!!
3‐19‐22Second time getting food here. Once takeout and one dine in. No issues doing the online ordering with pickup. Food was ready at the time requested. Order was correct. Today was dine in. Joint clean, supplies (forks etc) stocked and out for use. All employees were excellent.I've gotten the Classic Cobb (11.29) both times and am happy with it. Salad comes with chicken, avocado, bacon, egg, blue cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes, and romaine. The romaine is fresh and most of the other ingredients were too. The avocado had browned quite a bit and could have been replaced. Like the Greek Yogurt Tzatiki dressing but the plethora of dressings gives you options.The portion is large but I find it expensive for what it is.It's ok.
The food is great and they seem super sanitary. I gave it 3 stars cause the manager (I think her name is June? Joyce? something like that) is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. She just glares at you the whole time your ordering. I was super uncomfortable. and I think she smells bad. Otherwise great place!! :)
It was my first time trying this place and I love it!! Very satisfied.
