Please save your time and do not go here. If you are seriously craving chipotle make sure you go in, stand in line, and order. Do NOT use their online ordering system. I was supposed to pick my food up at 4:30 5/21. For there at 4:40 and it wasn’t ready. Ended up waiting till 4:50 for them to tell me someone took the food off their to-go shelf. Apparently that happens a lot because the employee wasn’t shocked. Proceeded to print another ticket. It took 10 more minutes. Disappointed.
So my daughter went to get us food this evening and it was 9:00pm. Upon arrival, they seemed instantly irritated bc she was there. When she ordered our food, they were reluctant to put almost ANY requested item on our order because they were about to close and didn’t have them readily available. When my daughter asked for certain items, she was told they could not accommodate and that they were out. Please choose another location or NEVER EVER go there when it’s time for them to close. Very poor service and quality of food was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
Today was by far one of the grossest customer service experiences I have ever had. Out of all of the Chipotle locations in Greensboro, this is usually my preferred location because the food is generally fresh and my order has always been correct. I've been going to this location for a few years and I came here today because I couldn't get what I wanted via delivery. It had to be pickup only. My order was placed and set to be ready by 1. I arrived at 1:03 and it wasn't ready, but that wasn't a problem. I stood and waited for a bit then decided to sit down. There was a young lady waiting as well. This is where it all went left. The young lady and I both appeared to be waiting for an order. A Chipotle associate comes to the young lady and asks her name then proceeds to check on her order. She comes back and gives her an update. The associate looks at me and doesn't acknowledge me. Strange, but OK. The young lady gets her food and leaves. I wait another five minutes then stand up. The man at the register asks what I need almost in an annoyed tone. I tell him my name and that I'm waiting for my order. He then says he doesn't have an order with my name. He checks the system and says it has to be remade. No apology or anything. I don't get my order until 1:21. He hands it to me. Again, no apology or anything. I go to the car, check my order and see they forgot my queso. I go back in and let him know. He checks my receipt, has someone make it all while he proceeds to ring another customer up first. He then hands me the queso and STILL doesn't apologize or anything. It felt like I was treated with disregard because I was Black. All of the associates who disregarded me and the young lady that was helped were Caucasion. It was so rude and disgusting. You all don't have to worry about me returning.
I visited on the 14 of May. The food was good my only complaint is the 2 counters need to be cleaned off from time to time. The 2 Young ladies down to the register should take a second and clean up some of the things they dropped on the counter. It does not look good.
I was reading that this location was way better than the one off wendover ave. I decided to give this location a try. I ended up waiting in line for about 15 minutes to be told they don't have brown rice. I do not eat white rice at all! You would think they would have backups of brown rice considering it's a Mexican grill. First experience going to this location was horrible. I ended up driving to burburiotos and they had excellent service on spring garden street. The guys were nice, gave great portions, listened to what I was tell them. Skip out on chipotle there over priced bowls are not good. You're better off paying 8$ and some change for a bowl filled at barburitos. I won't be coming to Chipotle again.
Really just went to chipotle and the dude tried to give me 1/4 spoon of meat last time I checked you get a spoonful of meat I told him he didn’t even do half the spoon this is ridiculous and tried to give me 1 spoonful of rice idk if he was new or in training but he definitely need to make the food accordingly I really wished I would of took a picture of the corner of meat he was trying to give me smh the worse by far
worse store Every!!!!!!!. The young workers cant read or follow directions correctly. I had problems with them 3 times and im not giving them any more of my business and i hope the corporate heads come in and get rid of the incompetent workers and get workers that know what to do. Its not a real hard job so there should not be this many issues in this restaurant like that. please Clean House!!!!
Ronnie is the absolute best! Always super friendly, gets my order done perfectly in a timely manner. Love this Chipotle!
The food is good. However the mobile ordering takes forever when they’re busy. The food is rarely ready when the app says it will be.
Their tacos are delectable. The meat is so seasoned and all the toppings are so delicious! I wish I could go every day.
