It’s Chili’s so my husband and I didn’t have high expectations in the first place. Our waitress, Paige, deserves 5 stars, she was attentive, kind, and helpful. No complaints here.The food, however, was what you would expect from a chain like this. Overpriced and below mediocre. It made both of our stomachs REALLY upset for the last twelve hours. I highly recommend to skip this place.

Came to Chili’s today for dinner and from the moment we were seated until we walked out out server Iyanna was so sweet and awesome!! She suggested drinks which were on point and our Queso dip was delicious!!! Our steaks were cooked to perfection and ended with a sweet dessert. Will definitely come back to Chili’s again! Thank you Iyanna for making our evening pleasant!!!
My girlfriend and I came her for a date and it was pretty good. Our food wasn’t the greatest. But our waitress, Paige. She was absolutely amazing. She had such high energy and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Id dine again and be sure to have her as my waitress.
We order from this location all the time. Last night our food was unfortunately not good at all. Tonight my fiancé spoke with a manager named Kristin I believe for a to go replacement. When I say the service was absolutely excellent in every way I would be underestimating it. I’ve spoken with Kristin before & she is super nice. Her caring tone, professionalism & customer service is like no other. She is such an amazing manager. My fiancé asked her if my shrimp tacos could be warmer and she literally wrapped everything separately for me and allowed me to customize it like when I do online. My tacos were absolutely delicious because of how carefully she packed everything for me. Everything was so organized and packaged so beautifully. Usually my tacos get cold and a little Soggy as expected but not tonight. I know she was busy but the fact that she cared enough to go out of her way to make sure I enjoy my meal tonight was priceless. Our wedding is less than 2 months & we have been super stressed wedding planning & dealing with so many unfortunate events due to Covid. I’ve had a very bad week already & she totally made my night. Every restaurant needs a Kristin. Thank you so much Kristin. It’s because of YOU we will continue to come to this location even if the restaurant has an off night. We ALL have those but the experience is totally priceless. The food was excellent. Thank you again!!
The service was decent...I just didn't like what I ordered... the BBQ Brisket burger was dry (had to ask for more sauce) and the Brisket was dry (almost jerky). I'm more than likely going to eat there again but it won't be any time soon.
We ordered for curbside pickup the 1 meal for 2. The Just Bacon Burger was to die for. Absolutely wonderful. Everything as great and at a great price! Definitely will return.
To go is super slow get ready to wait average 35 50 minutes for pick up if your a door dasher I do not recommend picking up orders from this place. Stick with smaller restaurant family owned where they actually serve their buyers. Lesson learned in this location.
Thanks chili's ?️. Zaxby's and red robin refused to take my to-go order cause it's 30 minutes till close and their workers are lazy but you guys accepted my order no problems. The food was great and the wait staff was friendly. I guess theres a reason your parking lot is still packed and zaxbys and red robin look like they're in a ghost town. 5 stars!
