Really enjoyed the meal, food and service from this location. All the meals were served hot and arrived timely. Service was good, fast and friendly.Dining hall was dark but has plenty of natural light. Overall, a very positive experience.

On 4/23 me and my daughter & her friends dined here. First off I was told it was gonna be about a 25 min wait, it ended up being an hr. We were seated and forgotten about. When we ordered I got the drinks and entrees put in. The waitress forgot to bring our drinks we already had our appetizers and salads before I even got a chance to remind her. I understand that a lot of places are struggling with help but it was ridiculous. The management was very oblivious to things going on. And I had to ask multiple times for things that’s were forgotten about. This particular chilis has been struggling for awhile, I started to go to the one on new garden. Managers need to step up and help the struggling wait staff and give better instructions to the hostess about time. Also the tables stayed dirty piled up with dishes that if cleaned off in a timely matter more people could have been seated . I won’t be back anytime soon

I understand staffing is currently an issue nationwide.... this limited staff was as friendly as they could be, however, 1 hour wait was almost unbearable while trapsing over sticky floors littered with napkins, crushed chips and straw wrappers. I have patience , but not for an unkempt environment. This place would definitely fail a health inspection. I hope this is remedied for future customers.
Unfortunately I keep having bad experiences here, smh ordered shrimp pasta (& paid extra for shrimp)…not one shrimp in the pasta ? this is crazy.
Amazing food! Simply delicious! I really enjoyed the food and overall vibe in this restaurant.The sole reason of cutting off 1 star is due to hygiene. It looked like the restaurant was understaffed but please also clean undersides of the table while preparing it for the next party.
Slow night due to lack of employees. However, the ones you had were fantastic. Took a while to be seated, and for food to arrive. However our waitress was funny, polite, and on it, especially since she was waiting on so many people. Can't remember her name but she was a great asset to your team. Food was good, seemed better at the High Point location, but I keep in mind how busy and low on staff they were.
I love chili’s as my go to for quick dine. I got there and was seated quickly. I got the steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli and added shrimp. My son loved my steak “ thanks chef” I meant to order him one to go. My waitress was great she recommended my drinks and they were good. She was quick and knew when to come to my table. Loved her
