Our first time at a Chicken Salad Chick and they nailed the first impression. The general manager had a huge smile, great personality, and set the atmosphere. The gentleman delivering the food to our table was just as amazing as the general manager! The food was amazing. We loved the signs in the bathrooms.....and yes it was better than my mother's Chicken salad. We will be back!
Chicken salad chick? More like chicken salad sh!t. Food is ok, honestly not worth the price. Mostly bland chicken salad. I ordered the Dixie which claimed it was for an onion lover but lacked onion. I could get over the food if the service wasn’t so awful. To the black chick with the bad wig who works cashier at the front, fix your attitude before you to come to work. Shout out to the tall black guy in the back with the beard for actually helping me and doing HER job. I’ll be going to the high point location from now on. BS
Food is amazing!! However, don’t bother ordering ahead because when you get there the food won’t be ready and I usually wait an hour… i know it’s short staff but don’t offer something that y’all can provide
I like the other one in Greensboro NC better. I visited this place with a friend tonight and the workers were rude and I was shocked at how they seem very unhappy and it literally took the charm out of this place for us.They didn't give my rewards that I asked her to apply. I am not pleased with the customer service and the food we ordered wasn't the same . Tasted bad.Never had an experience at chicken salad chick like this before. Very bad experience
I do not do this lightly but just had the WORST customer service experience in a long long time. I was trying to place an order through door dash, the side option that I always get was not showing available so I called in to confirm. The woman told me to just order grape salad and make a note for Mac and cheese. Unfortunately, they had notes turned off, and it would not allow me to do that...so, using common sense I ordered the grape salad and called back in to confirm that she got the right order. THE SAME WOMAN then told me that she has gotten five orders recently and that unless I put it in the notes she could not help me. I asked her if I could just give her my name so that she could make a note and she still refused even after doing exactly what she told me to do. Now do I not only have to call into DoorDash and go through customer service to try and cancel my order and go jump through hoops to get a refund, but now I have to black list them and refuse to give them my business again. Good food, awful customer service.

I've always heard about this place but never got the chance to go until this evening. I decided on a whim to grab dinner to go and SO glad I did!! The food was delicious and my boyfriend, who isn't even a huge chicken salad person, he inhaled his! Also, I didn't catch the young lady's name at the register but she patiently answered my questions, made great recommendations, was super friendly and all with a beautiful smile! We will DEFINITELY be back!
Friendly staff. Nice decor. Very clean! That's extremely important!! Food tastes fresh but is a little bland for my taste buds. I like very rich food flavorful food, especially chicken salad. Soups are the same. Went with a friend who said she really liked it. They made mistakes with our order but worked to correct it promptly. Lemonade, especially strawberry is delish.
