People have too high expectations. Never had an issue with service
Terrible new location. I don't understand why they would move across the street. The line blocks the entrance to a whole shopping center. Not to mention i sat in line for over 45 minutes for me to finally get to the window to get my food and they tell me their system is down which I understand they have no control over, but it should not have took as long to tell me that or get me out of the line if the system went down. Absolutely ridiculous I will not be back to this location which is disappointing because I used the location across the street a lot and never had any problems like this before. At least the old location across the street had curbside and it sped up the process some. The new location has a terrible design, once you are in the drive thru you are stuck! There is no getting out of it. The one star is based on the new location and how it operates. The staff were polite as usual and foods always good.
My husband and I love Chick-fil-A. Literally go twice a week (I know we have a problem). Was so disappointed in this location. He ended up in line for over an hour one night. No joke. He would have left but was stuck. Sometimes the police direct the traffic bc it blocks Battleground. Plus something was forgotten on the order. Went again for breakfast and they tried to give us the person in front of us the wrong order and got ours wrong too. Not sure if the employees just need more time to figure it out but going to take a break from this location till they do.
I think the traffic issue is much better at this location with a two lane drive thru. I have to disagree with the 1 star reviews. Location is a lot larger and nicer and the professional management & employees are the same. While I don’t go to the gym in the shopping center, I do see that it did take a lot of parking away so I do understand people being frustrated about that. Overall though, the relocation likely was out of the employees/management control so they really don’t deserve bad reviews because of that!
Another drive thru nightmare. They moved because of the queue length from the last location blocking entrances to businesses.. well this one blocks the entrance to an entire shopping center. Gave it 3 stars because the food is good per usual, but 1 star for the planning and location. What were y’all thinking?
Poorly planned location
One of the least efficient drive throughs I have ever experienced. A semi-busy queue took me over 1/2hr to get through. Filling orders at the window in the order they came rather than running them out to cars at random would be better system, avoiding getting now-completed orders stuck in the line.
Terrible location blocks traffic and blocks everything inside the shopping complex. Took away parking spots for the gym. All in all terrible planning and execution very disappointing.
Chick-fil-A maintains well their fake smiles and automaton “friendliness.” But watch out if you ever “step out of line” and get into a disagreement with them. If you do, you’ll quickly see the Chicken-Nazi come out! And should you complain and request compensation, you’ll get crickets. ??? ???? ??????? ?????? ???? ???? ?? ?? ???? ???????? ????? ???? ???????? "ℍ????, ?????, ???, ???!"
slowest chick fil a... just sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes. only reason I stayed was because I had a giftcard ?
