I always seem to have a positive experience with this Chick-fil-A, so far. The drive thru line is usually busy when I come through, but I know they can't help that because the food is good and everyone wants to eat there! The staff seems friendly. The restaurant appears to be neat and clean. I would recommend this restaurant.
Probably one of the worst set ups I’ve experienced at Chick-fil-A. One of the best things about Chick-fil-A is the ability to mobile order with a variety of pick up options. Well despite this location only having drive thru pickup option, we proceeded to order. We get to the drive thru and then are told that we can only pick up 2 of the 3 orders and would have to come inside for the other. Mind you, there is no carry out option for ordering. I can understand not accepting 3 orders at the drive thru especially during busy times. There were 3 cars in the drive thru AND we had mobile orders already ordered and paid for. I received the wrong size drink and was missing sauce for my tenders. Take me back to Burlington please.
You will always have a great experience when visiting this Chick-fil-A, however, this time I was a bit disappointed when I went in to take a huge sip of my sweet tea. Someone accidentally gave me unsweetened tea, other than that fast and friendly as usual, all of my items were in bag including my condiments.
The sandwiches are very good,also the service is excellent every time I go.
After waiting in line with others behind me a cashier finally decided to open up. Of course acting like it bothered her to do so... I placed and paid for my order. When i got my order the lady handing out the food acted as if she paid for the condiments. Two ketchups and one dipping sauce for fries and strips. I had to go back up for more dipping sauce. When I did you could see her say something to a coworker from behind her mask. I promise you I thought i was at McDonald's!! This is my last time here!!!! The kicker is i like chic fil a and my job is right down the street from this location. I will definitely go to the Adams Farm location instead.
Normally on time and normally good but they sometimes have issues with putting just fried crust for chicken on the chicken minis
We frequently eat at Chick-fil-A restaurants, and I’ll have to say that this one was the best one ever!Even though we arrived at 11:45, the line was short and the service was fast. I guess that’s why the line was short!The food was hot and fresh, and the chicken on the sandwiches was overflowing the buns.The lady at the first window took my credit card, and seeing that I had only ordered one drink, offered to give me another one for free. Such great service! I politely declined, since I already had a drink. By the time I got to the next window they were handing two huge bags to the guy in the truck in front of me. No waiting at all.If you are in the area, stop in here!
Food is always good. Customer service always excellent. My grandson favorite place to eat
Our food was hot and fresh. As usual, Chik-fil-a customer service was amazing. The line was wrapped around the building, and we still got through in less than 10 minutes
I have had two terrible experiences at this location and will not be eating here again. First they gave my peanut allergy child a grilled sandwich that has been exposed to peanuts oil products.Second there was hair on my cheese . When I returned it, the manager acted as if it was a total inconvenience for her.I will not be back!!
