The other day I was doing some door dash and began to feel light headed while waiting for my order. As I was trying to get to my car with my order in my hand I passed out for a few seconds. I dropped both drinks and food on the concrete, scraped up my arm and everything. I was super embarrassed, I tried to get up really fast and get to my car. The cashier ran out to check on me, offered to make me new drinks for my order and asked if I needed water or anything. The manager came out quickly after with orange juice and a sandwich for me. They made sure I was good and suggested I hang out there until I felt okay to drive again.I say all this to say, Chic Fil A's customer service is amazing. I wish I had gotten the names of the employees who helped me but I was so light headed everything was a blur. I will forever remember you two. Thank ya'll!
I know they are busy and shortstaffed, I have worked in service for years, I know it’s hard. But today had to have been my worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. I waited behind 1 car for 20 minutes before my order was even taken (I don’t know if it was a big order or her card wasn’t working) I was patient. I make it through the line 15 minutes later and they ask me to pull up and park so they can bring me my food later, waited another 15 minutes. I ordered a cool wrap, which is premade and refrigerated, friends who have worked there told me that. It was one entree. So after 45 minutes of waiting patiently through a drive thru, I get cold fries and they forgot my avocado lime ranch for the dry cool wrap. Ruined my day honestly. Won’t be going back to this location.
This is the EASIEST PROCESS EVER!!!I used the app to order $55 worth of food for my hubby and his coworkers. I sat on my couch and accurately inputted the order. I left my home and drove to this Chick-fil-A location and when I arrived I clicked “I’m Here”. I walked inside and waited 4 minutes. She handed me my order and I was on my way.It was the most effective and efficient method I have ever been apart of. 5 STARS!!!! Out of the world EASY!!!Plus who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A!!! Chicken sandwiches are to die for!! Sauce; I’m in heaven
I despise the fact that this is the closest chick-fil-a to me. Every time I dine here it is disappointing. I have never once received a full box of fries. You’re telling me this is worth nearly $3??

Sooooo, Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants. I tell anyone that will listen how I eat it several times a week. I have been going to the friendly location for breakfast for a while now. A few times I have received dry and small pieces of meat in my chicken minis. Today was the draw. It was so dry I couldn't eat it and the bun was hard. I felt they gave me yesterday's leftovers. I couldn't bring it back because I was already at work. I'm really saddened that this has happened numerous times.
Good chicken sandwich but it luck of the draw on waffle fries sometimes over cooked, sometimes floppy under cooked and sometimes perfect. About the waffle fries this is not only this location but many other ones too.
I spend thousands of dollars a year on catering for my clients here, I am the top of their "loyalty" program as a signature member. Went here this morning for breakfast drove 10 miles and when I got there they cancelled my order. Usually you would expect them to make it right but they literally could care less and told me to get in line if I wanted anything...won't be spending another penny at this restaurant. Complete waste of my time....
As always great service. However this is the first time they missed on the order. We ask for no pickle and got it anyway. Not a big deal but notable because they are normally so spot on!Otherwise great!
This was very good food........... I always liked their chicken. Can't get any better food anywhere else. TYTYTY
