Have visited this location for years using the drive-thru. Finally made a visit to eat inside. We ordered ahead on the Chick-fil-a app and headed straight to a table when we got inside. I could see on the app it pinned our location noting we were there and it showed they started our order. The food came out quickly and had all of the condiments we noted in the app. Didn't visit the restroom, but the restaurant was clean. Seemed on the smaller side as far as number of tables inside, but it could have been how the layout made it look. The drive-thru is normally very busy. Make sure to follow the correct direction of traffic flow in the parking lot and keep a hand on the little ones as it is a high-traffic flow area. Great location and service.
They didn’t give us enough food worth $18 I asked for Polynesian sauce eight times and didn’t give it to me the customer service was very rude there was not enough food for me paying $18 please I recommend to not eat the breakfast bowl or burrito don’t even go to Chick-fil-A in Pisgah Church go to one on gate city yeah go go to gate city Boulevard or Battleground Avenue can you go
They do very well with keeping the lines moving. I wish that thier exit was in a different and more convenient location, however it is works and has been for some time I am assuming. Friendly service, amazing food as always. Never disappointed with Chick Fil a
I was there this morning! The line was super fast . But the cashier didn’t gave me the right changes .. she only gave me 4 dollars back, which she supposed to gave me 9dollars.. On top of that she didn’t give me the right sauces and totally forgot about it at first when I asked.
I used to visit this location often. For some reason, after the remodel, the chicken noodle soup started to be overly thick. One night I got home, and the entire container was like gelatin. Another time I barely had any chicken in the soup. I never had these issues before so it was surprising that it kept happening. And when trying to contact the store about the issue (especially when it was gelatin and inedible) the phone line wouldn't ring. I ended up having to send an email. I was told I'd receive a credit and to just let management know when I came in. The following week I did just that and was met with a little hostility. Not sure if it was a manager or supervisor but they were asking if I had pictures of the soup that I purchased a week prior to. I also had to show the email AND original receipt just to get another bowl of soup. I was so unimpressed I asked for a refund instead and I haven't visited this location that often anymore.
I just want to know when y’all close. One day it’s 7:39. Then 8:47, then 9:30 or randomly 9:02. Is the time until supplies last, or do y’all forget to put the cones out….. it’s very much giving Cookout hours on the weekend… I’m confused ?
All the others can try, but Chick-fil-a will always have the BEST chicken sandwich. Their Drive-thru is a model of efficiency and adaptability with a friendly Staff that make it flow seamlessly.
I had a big carry out order today. you would’ve thought that the individual responsible for putting my order together would have given me a plastic bag with handles . The employees were too busy talking amongst themselves and constantly lowering their masks to their chins. So by their negligence as soon as I got out door my food fell to ground. A employer who was doing drive thru told they would redo my order; however they failed to put all my items in the bag. I will be going back to this chick fil a anymore
Service is good, however they've taken away the ability to park in a spot and have food brought to you. The drive through line is always EXTREMELY long and I'll go to another location instead of having to wait in the line
This is the MOST backwards Chick-fil-A in Guilford county! I have never experienced a Chick-fil-A that you can only order their ice cream through the drive thru and not curbside!! Plus you never know when they will accept curbside and when they won’t!!NO OTHER CHIC-FIL-A HAS THIS INCONSISTENT MESS!
