So I just left Chick-fil-A at the Friendly center in Greensboro and my fries was cold and super loose. Like you can literally ball it up and it’ll bounce back. So I asked for a fruit cup instead the girl said we can’t take the fries back because you touched them and we have to be able to reuse them… TF?!?! I said so you gone give them to somebody else
I called and spoke to Lathan the manager on duty and told him about my black chicken and his response was they will replace my meal. He never said I'm sorry for this happening or had a surprised reaction. Dude the chicken meat was not the correct color
Extremely busy location and never enough help. Waited inside for 20 min today to get my order of a #1 meal. Only one register was open during the lunch time rush. Definitely not the norm for Chic fil A
Their food is so good and their signature Chick-fil-A sauce tastes amazing! It's better than most restaurants in my opinion
The food is always good. The staff is almost always friendly. The service can be a nightmare because of the abundance of customers. The carryout wait times could be improved.
I love chik fil a and can only get it when I have to come to Greensboro as we don't and can't get 1 in our small town. I love the nuggets, waffle fries, lemonade and milkshakes.

I ordered a frosted lemonade for the very first time and a nail was in my frosted lemonade…at first I thought it was some sort of plastic (I could have choked) but once I took it out of my mouth I realized it was a piece of someone’s nail...I am so disgusted right now, continuously kept on gagging, and will NEVER return to another Chickfula! That is so disgusting, gross, and very unsanitary especially during COVID!Also spoke to a manager about it and he didn’t really care and just said that “the person who makes the drink has no long nails so he doesn’t know how it got there”…claiming no accountability at all. But there are so many employees it could have been anyone of them…
Everything operates smoothly and everyone is always pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here. Most of the time, there is a wait, but it's definitely worth it.
Worlds slowest location! The staff move like slugs. Use the drive thru and expect to be there for ten minutes! Never speedy but it’s faster than driving to Guilford College.
