I bought a lasagna and I have tried before and it was good, we liked but recently I bought 2 lasagnas for take out and was not good! Was so hard, only taste It red sauce and was not good. I don’t know what happened with them.
First time visiting in a while. Carrabba's is one of my favorite places to get calamari. This trip did not disappoint. My calamari was crispy and warm when served.I ordered some sauces to dip my bread in and the Alfredo sauce wasn't Alfredo sauce, the cheese hadn't been cooked into the cream. It was like dipping my bread into warm milk. The matter was quickly addressed when brought to the attention of the server and a manager spoke with me.My server was new and the error was only evident when tasted.Grace on all wait staff these days. After being in an accident three days ago and not being able to eat at all I finally was able to gather up an appetite. I ordered food from carabbas and had my husband go pick it up for me. When he brought the food home I was so happy to finally have an appetite I dug right in starting with the spaghetti… I am glad that I asked my husband to request extra sauce and which we were charged for because the spaghetti was very dry and had no sauce to it, after the first fork full determined the spaghetti was either old or just downright disgusting. I don’t even know what else to say about that but let’s talk about the salad I moved onto the salad in hopes that it tasted a little better than a spaghetti in order to feed myself because I was starving I was disappointed once I just began to eat the salad and felt that it tasted very dirty that is the best way I can explain it! After the first forkful I begin to actually look at the salad and realized that it was in fact very dirty! I am quite disturbed at the fact that I have to get up with a fractured spine and bruised ribs to go back to Carabbas and request my money back I still haven’t eaten because now I have lost my appetite again I am so sick to my stomach at what I discovered when forking through my salad! I will never order food here again.
I’m giving it a 3 because I’m conflicted. Food was easily a 5 plus, but the service was terrible. From the miserable hostess, to the waitress who we couldn’t find half the time. Took forever to get silverware took forever to refill drinks, she was okay, not mean or rude. But just not a good server. The hostess was not. A happy person though and neither was anyone on the staff and that was disappointing. And was very early afternoon so BUSY is not an excuse!!
Whoever says anything is not okay nor good is trippin. I am sorry. I apologize. This restaurant & everyone who works here is beyond words beautiful and amazing; especially because they have to serve you, people like you all. That’s exactly why I’m on my way there now, to be the first customer & see all their beautiful faces and taste all of their beautiful food. These people are great. The managers, employees.

Went here on date night with my husband. The waitress was not attentive. Left us at the table for 15 minutes before even taking our drink orders. Brought salad to my husband who wasn’t even given an option between soup or salad. We had 3 people ask if we wanted refills on our drinks and it took another 15 minutes for her to plop them on the table and rush off to the next table. No one asked us how our food was or checked to see if we needed anything. I ordered chicken Parmesan and the breading was green looking. No pasta came with it. The broccoli was terrible. He ordered chicken that was supposed to be stuffed with cheese and prosciutto. There was very little prosciutto in it. Food was greasy and tasted horrible. I added a picture of the green breading from my chicken parm.
While we were at Carrabba’s, we didn’t have any problems with the service, but after leaving we noticed that the waitress made a mistake while entering our tip in and we were charged $16 extra. We spoke to the manager, Latoya and she made it right and refunded us. Mistakes are fine as long as management can make it right!
Long wait for seating and long wait for food. Bread and salad was brought out quick but main course took forever..my husband's steak was well done but very tough and my first plate of noodles when brought out was barely warm so had to get them remade. The whole atmosphere just wasn't great to me..I guess I was expecting nice and quiet and low lighting but none of that happened. Seats were very hard and leather was shredding and it was quite cold in there due to people coming in and just leaving the door opened. Staff was nice enough but I won't be returning.
Went out last night for dinner around 6, got seated right away (2), and had Ryan as our server. The food was DELICIOUS, the singing for someone's birthday was ethereal, and Ryan - Linus - was absolutely amazing as our server. He was very friendly and made sure we got enough bread (because come on, we all love that bread and oil). Overall, we would go back in a heartbeat.
