Went for a late lunch. Had eaten here a few years ago & it was blah food so we had not been back. Our daughter wanted to go so we did. Soooo much better! It was nice that it wasn't crowded being mid afternoon. The waitress was friendly & attentive, the food was great, & it was clean inside. We both had burgers & fries & we both enjoyed them. The fried pickles were great too. The food was fast and hot. We paid using a QR code on the receipt which felt weird, but they did acknowledge us as we were leaving. We will definitely go back again.
We had the worst experience here and we never even got to eat. The staff was so unfriendly we sat at the bar but when asked could he take us he said I guess . He never once acknowledged us and the space beside us was dirty no one ever even tried to clean it. Everyone kept walking past us didn’t even ask if we wanted something to drink we were there for 10mins and that was our second time coming after standing the first time for 5 mins waiting to be seated. I understand short staff but that and rude is not acceptable.
I've always liked Burger Warfare and service is good hut I'm a bit disappointed that they seem to have lowered their standard food quality for a couple things. They used to make their own custard ice cream and had the best shoe string onion rings. Maybe it's because of pandemic cutbacks but I really hope they go back. Those onion rings were my favorite. The current stuff is pretty decent but not as noteworthy as it used to be.
The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. I had the bang bang burger with bacon and pimento cheese. Would definitely recomend. My fries were hot and fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just like a fry should be!
I took my son here after we visited the Science Center and we had a great time. He loves cheeseburgers and I was excited to see the robot warfare theme. I loved looking for all the details like the burger bomb decor and the shrapnel holes in the wall. He said the robots look like the ones from Avatar, one of his favorite movies. He had an Old Glory burger with Mac and cheese and I had a Cobb salad. I would have liked more lettuce and topping things, but the chicken was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the salad. My son loved his burger. Afterward we shared a delicious sundae with lots of toppings. It was a really nice treat and it looked amazing too. Jojo was a wonderful waiter. Overall it was a neat atmosphere with friendly and attentive service and great but inexpensive food. We are definitely planning to come back and hope to bring friends and family here too.
We were so excited to share Burger Warfare with friend who had never been! After 2 hours we finally get to leave. Our waiter left us after waiting 20 minutes for drinks, I had to go to to the bar and ask for someone to come back to take our order. We ended up with someone new who was great and very apologetic. Our food when it did show up, was wrong. The manager was not only seemingly rude to his staff but extremely rude to us. When he finally showed his face at the table with an angry face and his hands in his pockets we didn’t get as much as an apology! He said what do you want I already gave to a discount (without informing us) great thank you but we watched people come and go and we sat here with two young kids. The wait staff was great but the manager couldn’t manage his way out of a paper bag. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and it’s always been great. I manage a shop, work with customers and mishaps everyday and wouldn’t treat anyone the way he treated us today. What a disappointment leaving feeling angry and defeated. Skip this one never time you’re in town.
Good food, service, and an interesting atmosphere. This is a nice place to go when you don't mind paying for the atmosphere and wait staff, though still pricey for a sandwich restaurant. Since the food selection is limited to lunch items, you'll likely find better value elsewhere. I paid $53 for my family to eat: two sandwiches, chicken strips, three sides, and two drinks, including tax and tip.
No place like it. Gotta experience it to understand.
Welp, we finally did it. #SuperHubs and I took the whole fam out to supper and decided to try a new place instead of the same-old, same-old. (Don't judge. It gets expensive taking 4 teenagers out to eat!)Once we decided on this place, though, there was no getting out of it. And, gotta say, I'm glad we went. The decor is a little odd for my taste, but it's a theme and pretty much matches the menu, so no biggie. Plus, according to my 13 y/o, bots are in. Lol.The staff was gracious and kind upon arrival like they were anticipating our entrance. Lol.Wait staff was great also! Our waiter keptcallin' us 'Family', which I dig a-lot!The food was absolutely worth takin' another trip for. Burgers all around just the way we wanted 'em, but unfortunately, I spazzed and forgot to take pics of them. Our app, however-- the mech tots-- were the bomb dot com! Those, I did take a pic of. How could I not?All in all, food was delish, service wasexcellent, cleanliness was superb. Definitely going back.
The food was so so good, they sadly were getting rid of their burger with Mac and Cheese on it with a menu revamp. Still the service was great, the food was filling, and the atmosphere and aesthetic was phenomenal. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good burger spot
