Horrible experience. Even after speaking with the manager twice, they prepared and served the incorrect entree. When presented with the bill, it too was incorrect not once, but twice as well. The waitstaff was humble and I do NOT fault them; however, they too have a lot of room for improvement especially with cycle time. These issues are a lack of management and most likely issues caused by the kitchen staff. Even the new waitstaff acknowledged that the kitchen gets stupid after 5pm on Friday. Avoid this restaurant.
We had a group of 8 so some were ordering appetizers some weren't so a bit confusing and an appetizer and an entree were forgotten, but this was quickly rectafied and we were not charged for these items. As well we were given Gelato on the house!
We were very excited to eat here after hearing such great things, so we made a reservation and were seated immediately. The waiter got us drinks and started us with an appetizer. We got the calimari for 12.99 and can I just say that it was terrible. It had no flavor at all and the breading on it was very crumbly and fell right off. It was very much over cooked and extremely hard to chew. The waiter did not bring us drink refills until we chased him down and yelled for him. We proceeded to wait 45 - 50 mins for our food. I ordered the chicken Marsala and my husband ordered the shrimp and lobster pasta. I asked for grape tomatoes to be cooked in my Marsala sauce, but when I received my plate, the tomatoes were ice cold and uncooked, while the rest of the food was hot. The chicken was extremely over- charred and tasted very burnt and overwhelming. Although he said it was very tasty, My husbandâs pasta portion was extremely small for $33. I personally would not recommend this restaurant, and I will not be returning. Waiter was terrible and I was extremely disappointed in both the service and the food. Will be better to go to Olive Garden for a much cheaper meal with better quality as well as larger portion size.

Service was terrible. Didnât get one of Our entree orders placed and told us it would take 40 minutes to make. Had to finally get a manager to fill out tea and get our check.
