This one was tough because our server Dania, REALLY saved the day, she is the ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars. Her patience and attitude was top notch! I have never sent items back to the kitchen in a restaurant but there is a first time for everything. I'm not sure I'll come back to this location.First Impressions: First, I called to find out the wait time but I was immediately placed on hold. 5 mins later I walked into the restaurant to find the hostess on her phone ? and the restaurant not busy. She wasn't personable at all. Once we were sat we were told that our server would be over shortly. We noticed that there were quite a few empty tables that weren't bussed yet. We waited and waited but weren't greeted. It was about 8-10 mins before my sister stopped one of the servers from another table and asked if she would mind checking on where our server was. She went to check and said someone would be with us shortly, a min or so later she noticed we were still waiting and said she would serve us.Food: For Appetizers we ordered the Imperial Dip, Bang Bang Shrimp, Beef and Ginger Potstickers, and BFG Crab Fries.The BFG Fries, which was a new item, was Very Good! It was the highlight of our Appetizers. The Bang Bang Shrimp is a classic for BFG so we expected it to be as good as it was. The Imperial Dip was Ok but as we were eating we noticed it came with a little surprise of a piece of Plastic from a wrapper in it. We didn't want it after that.The Beef and Ginger Potstickers.... Just NO. The dough for the dumpling had this gummy raw plaster like consistency. It was not good at all.For our meals, I ordered the Sirloin and Shrimp with Mashed Potatoes and Mac and Cheese. The sirloin was cooked perfectly as far as temperature BUT had absolutely NO seasoning. I had to put salt and pepper on it at the table.The Mashed Potatoes were what you would expect, nothing fancy. The Mac and Cheese... it had NO cheese. It was literally a bowl of noodles- I HAD to send that back for more Mashed Potatoes because it wasn't like it was just a not so good Mac and Cheese. It was a Mac NO cheese. I was SO disappointed by that. Grilled Shrimp was good, it was a Scampi sauce on it. Very good.My sister ordered the Mahi Mahi and Shrimp with Creamed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes. Thankfully She liked it.Cocktails- LISTEN, the drinks were affordable and GOOD! We had the Coral Reef punch, it was so good I ordered 2 and my sister ended up getting one after her Pomegranate Martini- which she loved! I would DEFINITELY come back for the drinks!Overall, our Server, Dania, the Drinks, the Bread and the BFG fries would get me back in the door. If I can't have all 3, I don't want it!
First let me say, our waiter was OVERWHELMED with several tables at the same time. Poor guy ran his pants off trying to service all. Kudo's for his effort. The poor girl that was greeting the guests was cleaning and bussing tables as well.....I guess that no one wants to work in Food and Beverage anymore. That being said, some dishes were nicely done while others lacked the Bonefish touch. I will give this place another try when I get back to Greensboro. Sorry guys
Poor service and food earlier this week. Took 15 minutes to get waitress to visit table 1st time..20 minutes to get 1st glass of wine..30 minutes to get 2nd glass of wine. Appetizer Bang Bang shrimp was good but that’s all…mahi was dry and mashed potatoes tasted like instant. $110 meal was worth $30 at the most.
This place is a nightmare! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT AT ALL COST!!! My wife and I waited over 1 hour and still had not received our entrees. We were served bread, at the beginning of the service, but no dinnerware or plates. It took multiple requests to get those items. They screwed up our drink order, even though it merely involved bottled water and just plain water with lemon. The restaurant wasn't crowded in the least and there was plenty of staff (enough so that one of the waitstaff was obviously carrying on a lengthy and friendly conversation with a couple at the bar). We finally had to walk out, so my wife could make a social commitment, even though we had allowed more than adequate time to have dinner and get to the event. When I contacted the company to share my experience, I was twice promised some sort of complimentary dinner or other compensation. That proved to be nothing more than "the check's in the mail." Nothing received! The second time, they said they'd "send it certified." What a joke!
Overall, the quality of food we ordered was good. Also server was super nice. It is 4 rather than 5 starts because their plates are relatively small for over 20 $. good experience otherwise
We went for the first time yesterday. We got there at 5:40. They told us there was a 30 min wait to be seated. But it didn’t take that long. A lady seated us and then never came back to our table. We waited about 30 minutes for just a drink order. Someone one finally came to our table to take our order. We ordered 5 meals and 2 appetizers. Our meals didn’t even come out until after 7:20pm. The appetizers never came out. Honestly it was just mediocre. The prices do not reflect the quality nor the service. The shrimp tacos were pretty good. But it wasn’t enough to warrant a second dinner.
Nice ambiance and pleasant servers. The bread and sauce for dipping is delicious. The food was rather bland. Had the sashimi tuna for starters... Good texture just bland. Didn't really get another round of the bread while we waited for the food... They were busy. Not really much to state besides pleasant servers, nice ambiance, and bland food. Bit overpriced for no seasoning.

My family ordered the Family Meal and the spread was very nice. Salmon, Grilled Chicken, Garlic Mash potatoes ,Salad,Bread, Cookies and various sauces .... I must say the food was packaged nicely. Overall Great Takeout Experience. The food was fantastic!
