Didn't get my order right. I ordered supremes, rice, and beans. Got 3 of the tiniest, crustiest, all breading supremes, beans, and some refried fries. I didn't even try to take it back, it happens so often. I'm not looking for free food; I just want what I ordered. This location is new but there's only one manager that cares. If he's there it will be good. Otherwise don't waist your money.
I am a lifetime patron of the 'Bo. Since a kid I always craved those biscuits and the taste of butter and salt that just lingers after each bite. It's hard for a location to screw that up. Lucky fore this one did not. Unfortunately though everything else was not up to par compared to other locations. First the place is landlocked and a miserable experience trying to just get into the parking lot. The chicken was dry and just bland. The wedges were awful and service was dismissive. If there is any other options you would like in the area I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Went through drive thru on a very slow Monday night. Was assured salt is not & would not be added to our Bo Rounds. Though warned it would be a 7 min wait, @ the window we were given the wrong food after payment. A petite guy insisted the food be given back to throw away. Our food took over 20 mins & I had to go back to the window to get it. 2 Bo Rounds were hard like they'd been recooked & there was white & red SEASONING SALT on them. Plus this location doesn't answer their phone. Not while our wait was extended or afterwards when I called to inform them of what happened. They DID throw 4 extra Bo Rounds in the order. But I can't eat them. Because of the salt. My feet are swollen now from the few that I DID eat. Thaaaaaaaanks
Just received the worst customer service from this location. I would stay away from they don’t handle food properly AT ALL!! We order two fish sandwiches and received old reheated fish sandwiches that taste like pure oil. Literally could catch food poisoning with the way the handle food here.I went back to get a refund and the so called manager made it more about the missing fry from my bag then about the actual service failure of the quality of food they are allowing people to buy! When I made mention of the doors being locked(I tried going inside to request food be remade) he told me they doesn’t have staff to accommodate inside dining?! But there were literally 5-6 staff members walking around.What upsets me most is they are allowing people to buy old food yet when I came back there was someone waiting by the back door, for the same girl I saw reheating my food, and she walks out and gives a guy a big family box of food. This location needs to be investigated to say the least. They can cook hot food for friends but are serving old reheated food to the paying public!The manager who I requested the refund from refused to give me back my receipt or tell me his name. I have NEVER experienced such rude and blatant disrespect from a so-called manager.
Went around 6pm. It's usually closed or has a line that doesn't move. I finally get up to the window, they make you wait 5 minutes before even ordering, then they're out of what you want. It's always like one guy running around like crazy in there. I don't know if the owner is too cheap to pay for employees or what. When you do get the food, it's great, and the employees are very nice
Drive thru was 10 cars deep and only taking 1 order at a time every few minutes. Chicken sandwich was like a chicken tender on a bun. The lady gave us cold fries instead of mashed potatoes like we ordered then told me we would need to pay extra for the potatoes instead of making it right. I've had 2 miserable experiences here and this will be the last. Worst Bojangles in NC.
Was ignored for sometime and was the only one in the place. Lots of cars in drive thru so I figured maybe that's why but still? ?? Anyway food was good not the greatest breakfast sandwich I've ever had.
I come here practically once a week and sometimes more. I ask them to please make me a fresh Cajun filter biscuit combo and they never fail, which I'm very pleased and has me coming back so often. Now, the bo-rounds have disappointed me from time to time by not being fresh or they'll forget to put them in bag but overall it is a friendly and yummy place to eat.
The big fat b*tch that calls herself the manager at this location should be removed. Her attitude is terrible! She should leave her problems at home. Will never come back here!!!
Sold out of fries for combos. Line is wrapped around the building due to the inside not being open. They have signs up everywhere for out of fries however when you get up to order after waiting 15 minutes in line they say that their card reader is down. Why in the world would you make all of those people wait in line for that long only to say the card reader is down.
