I came in line today to order two, separate, but simple orders. The first order was a cajun filet biscuit with a side of cajun fries with extra cajun. There was not a speck of cajun on my fries. Then my second order was TWO cajun filet biscuits with a side of bo rounds. There was no bo rounds- only fries (a small) and there was only one cajun biscuit and the other was a plain biscuit with what looked 2010 ham. Disgusting. annoying that I spent $20 on a whole bunch of stuff I did not order.
Always ask for your food fresh and you won't be disappointed. Great Cajun Filet this am!
Used to be a pleasant place to go but now this particular Bojangles has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.All of the employees where loud, cutting up between each other and slow with orders. The drive through was out of order and closed forcing all of the customers to order inside. Highly unprofessional service! I’ll never go back to this particular Bojangles!
Did not get served waited about 15 minutes then I went down the street to pop eyes quick service good food
Ok this is an update. Bojangles west gate city Blvd yall should be ashamed. My wings were hard like they've been sitting there since lunch and its was around 5pm when i got them. Had the entire box of salt on them. And there was no biscuit. Im done.
Went through drive through to get my son a kids meal and they said the only thing they have is tea, water, and orange juice. Got home and my son opened his cup and it looked like this. I called and asked what it was the lady said tea grain like it’s normal to give in a cup.
Service here has gone downhill. The drive thru employees are rude, the managers are rude and they constantly leave items out of my bag. Some of the time they give me food that you can tell has sat under a light- it's chewy and lukewarm. I've also asked for my chicken to be cooked extra well and they don't follow instructions. You better check your bag before you pull away from this location. Next time, I will go to the Bojangles on Elmsley.
Worst customer service experience from this location I have ever experienced. Season Fries old and no Season, chicken sandwich smoothered in Mayonnaise, lettuce old only thing was good was exact pricing. Management doesn't want to answer phone, poor customer service-5☆
The lady taking my order was super nice, and the good was the best I've had from any Bojangles in the last few months.
