I don’t typically leave reviews on places, especially poor ones. However, the Bojangles on Pisgah Church has the worst service I’ve ever had. On multiple occasions I have tried to go to this location for lunch because it’s in close proximity, however fast food orders are often cast aside and forgotten about and has made me late back to school on multiple occasions. Due to this, I have learned to go inside the establishment to be able to receive my food in a timely manner, which has made me learn WHY my service has been so poor. When you walk in they are joking around, making phone calls, and cussing up storms, there is no one at the register and you have to wait to get your order, even though the place is completely bare. Bojangles has always been one of my favorite places to eat growing up so it’s not easy to say that I’m disappointed.
I had rated them lower in the past but today the food was great and the lady in the drive thru helped me save money by changing my order to a meal deal. ,?
Poor management and unorganized work space. everyone to busy talkin to one another while theyre gettin the food together not even lookin at what they are grabbing for your order ? and no one stationed at the register so you sit there waitin on them to see you there to order because they are to busy chatting and laughing. We ordered two 3pc tenders with mac n cheese for one and green beens for the other order didnt even say fries but got fries for both orders and didnt get a receipt for it i was surprised to get bo rounds what i asked for extra. There was 2 employees standing at one window just chatting n joking around. Smh ? managment where ya at ?
I have went to this location several times in the past year. I have noticed the pore quality of service at Pisgah church Rd. Greensboro NC. The staff does not care about the customers. They don't know how to treat customers with respect. They get your order wrong most of the time. Because they are not doing their job. They are standing around like they are in a cloud.
I don't know what was going on this morning but my biscuit was good it just wasn't what I asked for and my fries was cold I took one out on the drive home it was not good
Everytimw I go here I order food. Wait 10 to 15 mins to pay. For them to tell me I have to wait another 5 to 7 mins because they juat drop my food. I appreciate the hot food but this is unacceptable. Food should be ready as long as I had to wait in the Drive thru. Rather drive across town now?♀️?♀️
Greetings I just left there and didn't receive my biscuit my bag was snatched from my hand and I was accused of wanting a free biscuit. Yesterday I went by there as well and my biscuit was wrong. I will not be going back due to RUDE unprofessional customer service.
Biscuits at this location are horrible. We've ordered multiple times over the past year and they are flat, crumbly, and undercooked. Not like Bojangles is supposed to be, and not like it is at other stores. This location needs to hire a new biscuit maker.
The staff was extremely rude. I frequent this particular location due to proximity and have been told on more than one occasion that they don't have bone in chicken after 7pm. When I tried to order I was cut off, told my order had been sent up when I wasn't finished ordering. No customer service skills food poorly packaged the list goes on and on...
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The chicken pieces were rather small lol. I was a little confused but I enjoyed my meal.
