Like the app. Very long wait in the drive thru. Disappointed there no parking spots designated for online orders. Food was delicious as expected.
I've had Bojangles plenty of times before, but the Cajun fillet biscuit with bacon & cheese I got here on the morning of 4/29/22 was made to perfection, and the fries were as good as they've ever been. Kudos to the crew.
Employees need hearing aides. Had to repeat myself twice in the drive through and once inside. Accepting cash only at drive through but if you go in they accept cards ? avoid this location at all cost.
Food was terrible. Chicken was overbreaded, old, super dry and crunchy. Extremely disappointed!
The no personality service was one thing but, not getting straws, napkins, sauce, or the correct drinks we ordered is something else. I hate I had to give one star. Even after calling to speak with the manager Antoine, I got “Oh ok Sorry.” Don’t waste your time going here just because the places are busy like we did. It’s not worth it. At least at the other places, getting the correct items is top priority.
Nastiest Bo Rounds ever. I believe they cook them the night before and recook the next morning. It always taste old and greasy. I thought maybe they had a bad day, but it was too many times to count. Just go to the Bojangles on Pisgah Church road.
Chicken was undercooked, such small portions that it looked like a kids meal. Only good thing was the fries. Check your boxes before leaving.

So are you guys gonna change your hours, it says you’re open until 10. Me and a friend went at 8:20 and you guys said you were closed, and no sign or anything saying you guys changed your hours.
