Horrible, uncourteous and very unprofessional service. Ordered takeout on July 12th (evening) and paid $61.68 tab and left a $5 tip only to get home and discover they left a $11 order out. Call to rectify it and the person who handled my order refused to even address my issue by putting me on perpetual hold and then when I tried to call, back, he wouldn’t even answer the call. Unprofessional!!! I will definitely come back to speak to the manager and I’ll never use this restaurant for my vegan meals again!!! SMH!!!
Boba House is so consistent with their service and food. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. It has such a relaxing and charming Vibe. Whenever I need a treat this is my go too.
A vegetarian place? OK, let's try it. Glad we did! The Pho was excellent, delicious broth, and our server's reco of the Basil Lover dish was really, really good. (We had tofu in both of these entrees.) You'll be very happy here!
So I’m far from a vegan or vegetarian but I absolutely love this place and the atmosphere. The first time I came here I ordered an entree with the vegan ribs and I was amazed! It was even tender and I was blown away. The second time, I had an appetizer sampler that included the vegan “chicken drumsticks” and the crab blossoms, pure Genius!! It was so good with the peanut sauce and today I ordered the “Buffalo chicken” sandwich and it was awesome. This place has made me consider going vegetarian ????. If you are in the Greensboro area, please try you won’t be disappointed!
Got recommended to this restaurant from a waiter at another restaurant where we always adjust our order to make it vegan. So glad she told us about this hidden gem. This might be my new favorite vegan spot. Everything we ordered was so good. We will be back soon.
This is by far one of my FAVORITE vegan/ vegetarian Asian restaurants... EVER. I often get their lettuce wraps and their lemon grass chicken. The food has always been flavorful, and while it's not real meat, you get used to it or past it and or you enjoy eating it. I've been here more recently than in the past few years, as my mother-in-law is vegetarian. If you interested in trying it, give it a shot, I could eat the food every day, but that's just my personal opinion.Dishes I'd recommend:Lettuce WrapLord of NoodlesWoking Noodles - sauce is delicious and smokyLemongrass Chicken (it comes with green beans and rice)
Last Friday was my first visit. I was there again on Monday. The food is fresh, favorable, & healthy. I will visit again & again!
We loved our dinner. My wife ordered the sampler and I rested the mixed bowl. Yes the passion fruit boba was wonderful( not sticky and I received plenty of tapioca) and not too sweet. I wish that we had one near our house, finally a vegetarian restaurant that we both enjoy equally!
Me, my friend, and my 10 yr old daughter came on a Monday to have dinner. We noticed the sign “kids eat free on Mondays” when we walked in. We were standing around for quite a while until we were seated and it was not busy at all. When we were finally seated, I looked over the menu and noticed there was not a kids menu so I let my daughter choose any entree. When it came time to pay, I reminded our waitress my daughters meal was free due to the sign and she said no, it wasn’t because she didn’t order off the kids menu. That was confusing to me because I was never handed a kids menu even though I came in WITH A CHILD… ON A MONDAY. I hadn’t known she couldn’t order off the regular menu because nobody told me. And I am so upset about this misleading information I will not be returning.
I was brought here for a work meeting and my first “real” vegetarian experience. I was a little nervous and excited to try “chicken” for the first time. Let’s just say I was blown away…..delicious (I’d never know it wasn’t the real thing). We had the lettuce wraps (pictured), Oriental Rice and Boba Pad Thai. I was gifted the leftovers, which my husband and I enjoyed for dinner (he too loved it). We can’t wait to go together! Lastly, we had the sweetest server. I just wish I could remember her name.
