Some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had! Absolutely the most friendly staff I’ve seen. Nothing but good to say about this place for sure!
I use to love this biscuitville. Now every time I go I order my food and ask for fresh fries and I let them know I don't mind waiting on my fries. Why do they still give me not fresh fries and then I wait on some and they bring me some they have reheated. Smh. I went back in to complain and the manager said I seen them come out the grease. A young man that works there walked up and I said sir witch one of these look fresh to you and he pick the cold ones they gave me the first time. I just don't understand if you don't want to give customers what they want just tell them they can't have it the way they ordered it cause this mess is ridiculous.
How in the hell can you get out the parking lot with a jacked up dual drive-thru? If you going to be like Chic-Fil-A, at least make sure you have space to allow people to get out of parking lot.
I always like this chain for breakfast when available, because their food tastes home cooked. They claim their biscuits are hand made and I believe it. The only exception is the "hash browns" which are just like the mass chains...a fried hockey puck. Pimento cheese biscuit is excellent.
My breakfast was great and coffee even better. You can accidentally make a perfect pot of coffee but maybe you all do it daily. My first time it this new store. Keep it up!!!!!
Excellent place biscuits are generally done and they are hiring most of the time within reason good supervisors and management. They care about their customers. Fast friendly service.

I went through drive thru expecting great service. This young lady here not only wasn’t following Covid mask guidelines but she isn’t following health guidelines either. There was a car in front of me she gave my drink to that person once the person took the drink (it’s fully inside their car) they somehow realized it wasn’t what they ordered. This young lady took the drink back (nasty) and gave them their drink. The car pulls off and she attempted to hand me the drink she took back. I didn’t touch the cup but I asked nicely for a new drink. She begin to mumble under her breathe while rolling her eyes ….. how NASTY
Drive thru. Line moved very fast. All associates friendly and professional. Could see into the store and it looked very clean and all associates were wearing masks. Food was hot and delicious. Best biscuitville I have seen in Greensboro, NC
Great Biscuits at the brand new location. Even though the drive thru is very long, they are very efficient and the line moves FAST! Indoor seating is open.. staff is friendly and efficient.Followup: this continues to be a good location. Certainly busy, but an efficient and friendly staff.
