Horrible experience and service this morning. First, we sat in line for 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Second, all of the employees were in really bad moods and it was obvious. Third, I ordered our biscuits with a shell scrambled egg. This is not a preference. It's a necessity, because the carton eggs they use typically make us both sick. I didn't think the employee entered it, she didn't push enough buttons. This was confirmed on our receipt and on our biscuits. The eggs were not shell eggs nor were they scrambled. She heard me and intentionally chose not to enter my order as requested or inform me this request couldn't be fulfilled, at which point we would have left and gone to another location. I will not return to this location ever again.
First time at a Biscuitville. Fantastic sausage, perfect biscuit, restroom was COMPLETELY unacceptable. Get your priorities worked out if you want people to visit regularly. Restrooms' say a lot about how a restaurant is run (by the manager, not the employees). The chain has good food, but this one has BAD management, with misinformed priorities. Go to the one about mile away. It can't BE any worse.
There's something special about the food at Biscuitville. Scratch made biscuits, eggs made to order, and grits that are spot on. I'm from Florida and we unfortunately do not have this amazing food option. When I visit NC for business or pleasure, Biscuitville is definitely on my list of places to eat. I'm open to owning a franchise in Florida in case that corporate reads this review!
Yum! Good breakfast options. Quick and tastes homemade. Ordered a bacon egg biscuit sandwich and cheese grits and a coffee. LOVED the S’mores coffee. Tasted like a perfect blend of chocolate, marshmallow, gram cracker and coffee! Would go back for sure. The hours were a bit tricky but understandable since it’s a breakfast joint. Yummy sandwich and grits.
Generally decent, responsive and speedy staff. Big order came out in practically a minute which was a very pleasant surprise. The store is a bit small and can feel kinda crowded. Definitely recommend this spot tho.
My 1st time here. Delish. The drive-thru attendant was less than patient but the biscuits are great! The sausage was flavorful, not that bland stuff you get at IHOP or mcD's or any other restaurant. I wish it was a national chain! With nicer people it could be!
I had some coupons on some ideas and they were helpful and nice . Great fresh food loved there new strawberry tea with real strawberries.
I've been a fan of Biscuitville for a very long time. The bacon is amazing, the sausage is perfect, the eggs are incredible. But the star of the show is the biscuits: fluffy, buttery, and delicious. The service is always great, and despite the long lines the employees get the orders fulfilled quickly and accurately. For anyone who loves breakfast foods, I would strongly recommend checking these guys out.
Lovely biscuitville location. The breakfast here is always good. Can't get any fresher than this unless you kill it and prepare it yourself. Friendly people and knowledgeable of the menu. The ingredients here are all locally sourced so the money you put into this business is supporting local farmers for their fresh ingredients and that makes everything they sell taste even better when you know by supporting them you are supporting hard working farmers. Clean dining room and bathrooms. I highly recommend this place to anybody.
The friendliness of the drive thru employees at the Wendover store is amazing. Great food, too - but it was how I was treated by the employees that prompted me to take the time to write a review.
