Food was good but they successfully put so much ice in one of our drinks that a straw would not go into the drink (a first for me)
Asked for grilled chicken egg and cheese meal got home just a dry piece of chicken and bread no egg no cheese. Sprite needs to be changed yall need to check all fountain drinks b4 opening to see if they need charging maybe if yall worked more and talked less would be good everytime I come Here employees always talking 90 miles an hour about what they did last night or gossip about other people no greeting no pleasantries.. you need a whole new staff personally
Food is usually good . Drive threw is long wait time . Bring back the pickles on chicken club sandwich. And where are the Peach muffins .? Best muffin ever . If you can get one . They are rotated but it's been a year . Come on
No longer sale milk. 2 out of 5 times have to wait for steak even when not crowded. I use to eat there everyday. No more. Don't have time to wait 15 minutes for drive thru . Not told that at ordering spot,only after you've paid and get to pickup window. Traded for a ham biscuit today since again no steak nd got someone else's food instead.
Fast drive thru service and attendants are ALL cordial (greetings & respond after thanking them), polite tone, and enjoy their job.
Spam biscuit !! Best thing you guys have came out with in a while. Let’s not make it a once a year kinda thing. Stuff like this brings us back a lot more than usual.
This is a smaller building, but there is a decent sized dining room. We went during a pretty busy time in the morning but everything about our ordering went very smooth. The people behind the counter were definitely making it happen. Props to them for making fast food look so easy. Everyone was smiling and the location looked very clean. That is how teamwork is done. Great job to the crew, thank you for the hot and fresh breakfast.
I've seen this restaurant numerous times in various parts of Greensboro. Being the "foodie" I am, I decided to visit this (Randleman) location.Much to my surprise I was not impressed with my first visit. Upon my entrance, no one from the staff welcomed me. I found the lack of professionalism and courtesy to be atrocious.There were about 6 or 7 employees engaging one another. One, a young woman was engaged on a telephone conversation in the dining area, she then proceeded past me to the area behind the counter. As I stood at the register area, to get familiar with the menu, not one employee approached nor acknowledged my presence. No one said, "Welcome to Buscuitville", "Hello", "How are you?", "May I take your order?", "May I help you?".It was as if I did not exist.I waited for about a minute or so to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me stranding there. No one did. I was in disbelief. Again, this being my first time in this establishment, I would not recommend visiting this location. I left in disbelief.The lack of customer service was disgusting. There needs to be some serious Customer Service training. Unfortunately, Google forces me to give a star, if I could take back the ONE star I would.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. I walked in and noticed an employee having a heated conversation on her cell phone, as I approached the counter to look at the menu above, there was about 6 associates just walking aimlessly back and forth, not one person said Hello, How are you, May I take your order, May I help you? Nothing. As I waited for about a minute or so to see if anyone is going to acknowledge me stranding here. No one. I was in disbelief. Now mind you I'm a Corporate Regional Executive Chef. First time in this establishment and I highly don't recommend coming here. The lack of customer service is obsolete.
Customer Service was excelente and order was made to order with no issues.
