They are so nice at this location! They’ve never gotten my order wrong and the food is never cold.
Customer service was excellent and my honey spicy chicken biscuit was amazing! BUT the gravy for the biscuit and gravy was NOT good.
I went here today 5/10/22 about 9:30am. I went through the line and placed my order. I must say, the employee that served me my food had such a great attitude!!! Her personality is just fantastic!! She deserves a raise!! I wish there were more customer servers with her attitude. The food was hot and ready. Great job biscuitville!!! Please keep her.
Drive thru is long- moves fast tho.. . Staff always friendly- food accurate.
Always love going here ppl are so friendly and service is usually pretty quick especially since they stay packed , of course and line outside of the parking lot into the street
God I love this place. Best place for quick, “fast food” fried chicken breakfast in the whole damn south.
Food was great , restaurant was cleaned and someone to keep dining room cleaned...thats an A plus...very busy but was fast as could be ....had plenty of workers to maintain the customers....even had some in drive through line taking orders to speed up the process..

Wonderful customer service!! First time at a Biscuitville. Our server gave us so much time to figure out the menu and was very polite.
