great burgers excellent cook on the burgers...

Went after I saw some positive reviews, and it was great! There’s a big menu at the door, so you order at a front counter and pick up there too, but there’s lots of seating inside. They have specialty fries and meals other than burgers. The southern peanut chicken is great, and served on warm pita. Truffle fries were also good. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Nothing but positives here!

Amazing, unique burgers and sandwiches. We got the Carolina burger and the chicken bacon avocado special. They were both made fresh in minutes and tasted delicious. The sweet potato fries were yummy as well. This is a great find if you get the chance to stop by!

Great burgers and fries. Huge selection

Amazing burgers and customer service. So many of their burgers are delicious my favorite would have to be the black and blue! Best burger spot in Greensboro hands down! Also try their big burger sauce to dip your fries in, you won't be disappointed!

I haven't tasted the food yet , but as a person that does not eat pork it was disturbing to see that the cook that prepares the buns also handles the bacon with the same gloves. That definitely killed my hopes of trying a burger here.

I stopped going here a few years ago due to a handful of bad experiences. I decided to give them another shot. The presentation of the food and the range of options are both great. They have a ton of options and a lot of 'fancy' extras like white truffle oil fries or aioli fries (both of which are basically extra-greasy fries with a fancy name). However, actual quality of food you get here is solidly mediocre at best, and inedible at worst.Went there tonight and had to toss the food. The burger itself was raw. Not undercooked, not pink. Charred on the outside and the inside was actually raw. The person I was with ate around the edges of his burger and tossed it as well because the middle of his was raw. They're cooking burgers on a grill that's too hot due to the necessity of speed, I assume. However, the place was empty and we still got uncooked burgers. The fries were old and re-cooked. The unsweet tea was so weak that it gained flavor from the melting ice. The sweet tea was just sugar-water.2 burgers, sides, and drinks straight in the trash. Wasted $25.This place is great for the ILLUSION of high quality, but can't back it up where it counts.

Husband and I stopped in while in town and had some of the best burgers ever. Husband had the backyard bbq burger and I had the sourdough bacon melt. They both were so tasty, we will definitely be back and may make a trip just to eat here. The fries were amazing as well!

The food was good, but the customer service is definitely lacking. Ordered online, and when arrived, and tried to speak with Heidi B about an order, she was so rude and nasty. She kept interrupting and cut me off mid sentence. She then decided to ignore me to help the next person. I get that places are busy but it doesn't give people the right to be rude and dismissive to customers. Hopefully, Heidi B will be more respectful if we choose to revisit.

It was so good I didn’t get a chance to take a good picture ?. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Jo was great at the register and Ventrell cooked up some delicious food! Must stop if you’re in the area!
