The Kim's honey chicken burger was delicious. Great combination of sweet and spicy. The sweet potato fries were good too. The server was friendly and polite. The reason it didn't get a5 star is because it took awhile to get our order for 5 ppl

I knocked a star off bc the last two times I’ve gone it seems like the servers are a bit unorganized. It takes a long time to order or ask for any thing extra needed and we had to go about getting our correct receipt 3 times after having to wait until we were almost done with our meals to get the appetizers. Other than that the food and drinks are good.
Food was really goodbut nothing amazing if you ask me my wife does love the tator tots though and it is a good size burger no doubt I just thought it could have more flavor even the jalapeños went that hot but over it was good.
food took a little while but my burger was well worth the wait, absolutely delicious and every ingredient tasted fresh. I thought it was a little noisy to have a conversation and struggled to hear our server but all in all it was a good experience and I will be back
My first (and last) visit to this place. The food was ok, but nothing to write home about. My complaint is that our waitress served two tables near ours. She went to the first table 13 times in total (YES, I COUNTED), and the second table 7 times. She came to our table twice. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food and had to speak to the manager. The food came out about 10 minutes later by another server. Our server never even came to check on our order. Everyone else who got the excellent service was a different color than me. Does that make a difference? I wonder.
The atmosphere was great! My food well, I ordered a make your own burger and asked for it to be well done. When my food came the burger was all pink inside, so had to wait on another one. My friends were done eating by the time I got my food. They did give it to me at no charge, but I only ate half, because at that point I was no longer hungry.
The wait staff was very kind and prompt on getting us seated. The food was excellent, the service was amazing the environment is wonderful and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!! Our waitress was Aubrey and she was amazing!! She was very Attentive to us!
Very disappointed with our visit. The team members weren't friendly and acted though any request (including being greeted at the front was a burden), the hostess attitude changed when we told her we would sit at the bar and she wouldn't have to show us to a table (in a mostly empty restaurant). The initial food took way too long, 30+ minutes for steamed broccoli and fried pickles, and arrived Luke warm.... for the main course I ordered buffalo wings, which looked like buffalo soup topped with 10 very dry wings. My husband's burger was dripping in grease and he couldn't finish it. Bad Daddys seems to be expanding beyond their ability to provide quality control, which is disappointing as it used to be one of our favorites.
