This place is less entertaining then watching the rear end of a bull. I have been a designated driver for the last 6 years for my crew, and I have NEVER been charged for a soda. They charged $3 for a small soda, and $3 for a 10¢ water. Talk about southern hospitality. Drinks are ridiculously expensive too. $8 for basically a Dixie cup of a long island tea, and $9 for a Vegas bomb. Don't bother opening up a tab there either. Cowboys beware, the bar tenders leave your card out in the open, and a nice lady could just say you bought her a drink. The back of the smoking area was dirty, and that was right when we got there. I have seen low class strip clubs cleaner, and more put together than this country club.
Wrong band list, and made the first band play early (at the doors open time) so most people missed them. Bad management I guess.
Place looked run down, reeked of smoke, and with cobwebs all over the place. Every toilet in the men's room was overflowed to the top and most of the doors weren't even attached to the hinges and one was even laying on the floor.
Love Arizona pete’s however one female employee named grier was quite unpleasant. She over charged me for the bull ride and then proceeded to act like she didn’t and yelled in my face to ride or leave and to “drop the f.. attitude” before i even asked her for my money back. If you can’t stand being around people you probably shouldn’t work at a night club.
I remember when this place was the only country hang out in town and it was fun. Now it’s a mere shell of its formal self. I guess greed made them lower their standards. Not even John Dalton could save this place. I will never come back to this dump.
Pros: Good space in the main room, and sound is solid. Neither Pro/Con: the bar is okay. Cons: security will assault and/or threaten you, break your phone when you film them doing something illegal, and the venue manager will deny it all claiming that the cameras do not work. Security guards will target women, and damage your property.It's a bummer so here are some tips if you want to visit this venue: bring friends (at least one male over 6'1"), make sure all phones in your group are charged, don't hesitate to take pictures or film security guards mishandling patrons (since it's perfectly legal to do so), and if security hurts you and threatens you with police action, you can go to your car and call to file a police report against the guard. Amazing little place! Staff is fantastic and the bands are amazing!!
The dj was great after the feed the streetz concert. They pretty much sold every seat in the building including the seats by the bar which is ridiculous. They had vip seating so there was no need for that. So basically these clubs all make most of their money off people who have no place to sit because we weren't willing to pay hundreds of dollars for some random seat...especially when there's only 2 of you. Those seats by the bar should be for everyone...period. That's just greedy.
