Placed an order to go and specifically asked them to not as dressing to the salad. Couldn’t see that the dressing was added because it was hidden. Get way home to see it had dressing. Called the manager to replace the order and that’s all she did with a fake smile saying sorry about that. SMH no consideration of my time and gas going back and forth. Could have said this one on the house or would you like an appetizer, a pie or something.
Was told there would be a 20 min wait with hardly anyone there so we sat at bar. We ordered the 2 for 20 deal but it wasnt 20 dollars. They charged us for the appetizer that was included in deal. Service was very slow and had to wait forever just to get a refill on tea. Boneless chicken bites were tough and chewy. Our entrees didnt look like the pictures at all. Would not recommend eating there.
Service above the typical ChainWe had a great experience. The food was delicious; cooked and seasoned well. The staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our glasses were full, we were enjoying our experience and everything was to our liking. Also very clean and busy. Great experience and yummy food! Try the pretzel and queso appetizer, you won't be disappointed!
2-6-22All the other Restaurants in the area were full with waiting lists. This Applebee's had plenty of parking. That's usually a bad sign itself, but we took a chance.The drinks sucked. I ordered doubles and you couldn't even taste the liquor in them.To our surprise, the food was great, and the service was Awesome. In fact, this was probably the best service we have ever had at an Applebee's.(Thanks Traci S)
We sat at the bar, only 2 others were seated at the bar , the bartender was using the phone (facetime) with someone and cursing right infront of us. Also my husband ordered a beer and when he asked for a 2nd she used the same glass, which I've never seen before , maybe I'm being too picky. The food was good as always which is why I give them a 3 but for customer service I'd give a 1.
First our waitress was great. I had the shrimp and steak parmesan it was fantastic, my grandson got the prim rib dip sandwich it was ok he said, his girlfriend got the mac and cheese with bacon she loved it.
It was just all around an awful experience. Our waitress was very dismissive, forgetful, and inattentive. We'd have to ask multiple times for refills or condiments. The food took FOREVER to finally make it to the table. I think the manager finally noticed how frustrated people were getting, so she tried to step in and help. But she may have been buzzed herself. Since we noticed her at the bar drinking and assumed she was also a customer. I'm not a fan of Applebee's anyway. But this absolutely sealed the deal on me not going back into one. Don't waste your time or money, chose one of the many other restaurants Greensboro has to offer.
Food was good, drinks were cheap visited after a long day of work the workers and customers seemed to have alot of regulars that day I went in definitely a homely environment
My wife and I recently visited this Applebee's. We ordered the mozzarella sticks appetizer. It came out warm instead of hot. This made the cheese tough. Also ordered Fajita chicken roll up and Oriental chicken wrap. Both were basically salad sandwiches. It wasn't enough chicken between the 2 sandwiches to make 1 chicken nugget and that is not an exaggeration. It was our 1st and last visit.
