Pro - walked in when there were hardly busy. Was told by fat boy behind the bar to sit where ever I like. Girl came & took my drink order & promptly brought it out. However, she couldn't take food orders & said waiter would be with me shortly.Con - About 5 minutes after I arrive another couple comes in & sits in the table in front of me. Girl helps them, no problem so far. Well it takes fat boy about 10 minutes to greet the other couple & take their order & he never takes mine. I know he saw me. I gave him a few more minutes & it was obvious that he was oblivious to me being there. So I left. I will never go there again. Terrible, lacking service.
My wife and I came in and were told it would be a 30-minute wait. No problem. An hour goes by and there are 7 available, cleaned off tables that had been empty for about 20-25 minutes. Someone else comes in and gets told its an hour and 45 minute wait.My question is, why didn’t we at least get seated after waiting for over an hour, when we were told it would only be 30 minutes?
Not like Applebees of old. The food was okay. I ordered the riblet platter, they were dry and chewy not much flavor, fries were ok. Service was lacking luster to say the least and it was 11:00 in the morning.
I wish other restaurants around here would have as good customer service as this place. I got a prime rib dip from them to go and when I got home noticed the dip was not in the box so I called them and the person who answered the phone immediately offered to remake the entire thing and throw in some extras for free with no hassling and no fighting and no jumping through hoops. It was quite a relief to find a business that is non-confrontational when they messed something up.
Decided to go out to mid lunch. Had been given a gift certificate for the holidays. First and foremost the waiter/host/bartender/everything else was exceptional. Except for the part when we were never told IN ADVANCE that the internet was down so no gift cards were being accepted until the bill came and I asked if he could take it. Only cash and credit cards were being accepted which was kind of odd considering a gift card works as cash. So we got hit with a 43.00 bill we weren’t expecting. On Social Security only this sucked! Maybe they should let their patrons know ahead of time. His response was Well it’s a way to get you to come back to see us again.
Great service. Nice atmosphere. Went on a Friday night and it wasn't crowded, probably covid. Food was great. Server was awesome. You can pay by scanning a code on the receipt which is cool.
This is the second time I have done carbide pickup. Guess I need to check my order to make sure I get what I ordered. I ordered half rack ribs with mashed potatoes and slaw. At first I was told it only came with 1 side although the menu says 2. I offered to pay for the extraI actually got ribs slaw and French fries. I live in Summerfield so you the time I got home the fries were impossible to eat _my reason for ordering mashed potatoes in the first place. I don't. Ind
Poor service. I ordered and drink from the bar and I did not receive anything to drink by the time Our food came out. They told me they ran out of items for my drink and had to run down the road to the store to get what they needed to make my drink. He walked away after delivering the food still didn’t give me anything to drink. We asked for napkins they gave us coaster napkins. Also the server took away my boyfriends water did not bring him another water so I had asked for it from another employee. At the end of our stay got our ticket and the server took away our waters before we cashed out so we were left with nothing to finish up drinking. Then the waiter came by and took the receipt after payment before we left the table. We will not be back at this location.
My burger was undergone. It was pink and almost raw. Once I unpacked it at home, I had to cook the burger through the way I specified it. I specifically asked for NO PINK on the burger and got the complete opposite and I had to send the fries back once I arrived curbside since everything else was hot except the fries. So unacceptable. This location need to do better!!!!Update: the manager reached out, apologized, gave us free vouchers and a refund for my original dinner. Thank you for making it right... she stated she would go over this mistake with the team, glad this issue was resolved.
Burgers and fries are pretty good as all ways...
