$10 salad. Not even half full and no dressing or utensils to eat with. Very poor

Since Covid they have really went downhill. I only order one thing and the chicken for the house zalad is never fresh. It’s like it’s been sitting and then they throw it in the salad. Please do better.
I come to Zaxby's at least once a week and get the Cajun Club Sandwich, and it is always fantastic. I love all the workers and they are extremely nice and friendly. I will always love the Zaxby' of Goldsboro with my whole heart.
You had better make sure your order is correct before driving off......otherwise this is s decent location to have a meal.
The staff here is so nice and efficient! I went through the drive through and there was a line the two young ladies that took my order where very sweet and helpful

Ummm... I got the 6 piece tender and i honestly thought i was at McDonald's because 4 of the 6 were nugget size! Smh..def won't be back!! Had to give the minimum one star ??
I always eat here…I love zaxbys. However, today I found this hair in my food…. It is absolutely disgusting. The manager was very understanding and gave my money back she did any and everything she could as a manager! I was also disappointed how most sauces aren’t there anymore they have new sauces now… maybe it’s something with the shortage? I try to be understanding….
Came here often, one of the better chain locations out there. Staff are always friendly, food is great and fresh ingredients. Is always packed and you will tell why when you get there. Just get there a little early than normal lunch/dinner rushes and you’ll be alright if you don’t want to wait in line.
