My 10 minute order took 45 minutes. Fries were charcoal. And the order was wrong. When everything was finally corrected it was great.
Clearly this is NOT a family safe establishment. During my 10 minute wait for at least a "Hi, welcome to Wing Stop" I had no other choice but to listen to the overbearing sounds of rap music laced with the n-word as well as an abundance F-bombs. That should have been my cue then, but I stayed. There was a discrepancy with the person in front of me. Apparently, she ordered & paid for her food online and by the time she reached this fine (sarcasm) establishment some 45 minutes later...her food still wasn't ready. She was told that it would be another 20 minutes. There was three people working. She rightfully declined and requested her money back. That turned into an even longer process and I'm still waiting to at least be acknowledged. A few minutes more of waiting and finally decided that it just wasn't worth it. I got better service just a couple of doors down at Little Caesars in their drive-thru.
Overall I love Wingstop because my food is always hot and ready to go taste is amazing and they haven't messed up any of my orders so far so they're good people with great attitudes makes me excited when I go in there
This location has really gone down hill. Just got an order with cold stale fries and burned chicken wings. This used to be my favorite thing. Now not so much.
Went in for a variety of wings. Once ready had to wait from 5-10 minutes to order. I purchased the Group Pack (40 wings, 4 flavors + 4 dips). Flavors: Lemon Pepper- 7/10, Hickory Smocked BBQ- 4/10, Spicy Korean Q- 8/10, Mango Habanero- 7/10. All were bone in.
Love this place & the staff is awesome. They are always busy and the customers are always incredibly rude and entitled while the kids are in the back working like crazy. I wish I could say get better customers, but that's not how it works, unfortunately.
Ordered my food at 4:20pm to pick up at 5:15pm. Arrived at 5:20pm and they say it's not ready yet. 5:45pm looks like they just put in my order stating they're busy and it'll be 15 more minutes and that's after at least 8 people came in and placed orders and left with their food. I left with an "I'm sorry for the wait". This is the second time my order was not ready within 30 minutes of me arriving.

GREASE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED OFTEN BECAUSE THE FRIES ARE ALWAYS DARK! DARK! AND WARM NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISING!!! Never fresh and hot even when u wait, wait, and wait until you finally get disappointed!!!
Me and my friend went in for dine in, wasn’t greeted, wasn’t acknowledged, after about 7 minutes of waiting for our order to be placed we waited for literally 25 minutes for our food before I said anything. I only said something when 5 customers who came in and ordered after us received food before us. I asked the cashier where my order was and informed her I had already been waiting almost 30 minutes for my food, she then proceeded to ask the manager (Omar, I asked for his name as I am a manager in the food industry myself) to make our food before anything else because we had been waiting. He then started cussing about me asking where my food was even though they neglected to make the food that was paid for already. One of the cooks came out once prior to 25minutes of waiting to ask what we had and said he was going to check on it for us. I had to stand at the window to get my food after a total of 45 minutes in the establishment. I will not return after the manager acted as he did. I don’t mind waiting on food by any means but the pure lack of professionalism and decency is absurd in the store. Nobody acted like they wanted to be there
