Horrible. Disgusting. Filthy. Lazy employees standing around doing a bunch of nothing. Had to potty before I left. Most disgusting bathroom I've seen in the entire country. Scraps of paper products all around, but no rolls of paper in the stall. Ladies room out of order, so ladies have to use the men's room? This kind of stuff is unacceptable! Employees need to be fired. Management needs to be fired. And the owner needs to have their franchise license revoked. I've worked in the restaurant business for over 40 years, all over the world, and this would be accepted NOWHERE! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
The food was pretty good, but last few times I have order food for delivery they seem to always forget something.
Absolutely horrible service. Unhelpful, rude employees. I had an issue with an online order that was paid for but apparently did not get through to them and they refused to help. The manager in particular was just awful. Do not recommend this location at all.
Would give it no stars if I could placed and order online was late picking it up it still wasn't ready. Get my order after waiting 15mins and my order still wasn't correct.... the employees are lazy and uneducated. Parking lot stays empty so it's no need for you food not to be ready and fresh .

Ordered a burger and regular nuggets, got spicy nuggets and a fries and no recipe was given.. horrible
I went through the drive thru and ordered a baked potato for my lunch. I had to beg for butter and sour cream. I received 1 napkin, no straw, no utensils. The potato was not cooked and was hard as a brick. Completely inedible, and my lunch break is over. Pay rates should go back down to the $6/hr range imo.
I have been to this Wendy's 3 or 4 times since working in Goldsboro. They always ask what sauce you want for your nuggets, I never get it in the bag. I ask for a Jr. cheeseburger today, it had bacon on it, I'm not eating pork. I went through the drive thru today and the girl gave me my bag, I said thank you, she didn't say a word. It is really disturbing that I experience this a lot, on a daily basis. Managers and supervisors you've got to train these young people or they need to work somewhere else. Good customer service is important, especially in 2022!! Come on fast food, you can do better! Smh
This time of year it's hard to beat a great bowl of Wendy's chili!!! Served with a smile!
This location is a joke. I see why their competition is always busy and they aren't. Lived in Goldsboro for a month. Been to this location many times because I normally prefer wendys to the other options. In this case I should have spent my money elsewhere. Cold food, wrong food, and the new fries are a joke. I got maybe 8 fries with my order that were cold. Thanks wendys
