I went to this Waffle House around 1230-1 am. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the environment was so negative. the workers were completely racist to me. The waiter proceeded to tell me it’s black history month so she didn’t need to serve me. Once I told her I called in to get my food from yesterday since I had raw chicken in my chicken hash brown bowl , she had a smart comment and served raw chicken once again tonight. I’ve tried calling in, but no answer. I won’t be giving my business to this location in the future, hopefully there’s just a little better evaluation for future employees.
The employees act like they're not even at work. Ignoring customers, hanging outside with their friends. The cook should be fired!! Playing with people food!!! Please conduct yourself like you're a business for serving customers. We pay good money and expect good service!!!
They were not busy and did not look short staffed so we went in figuring it would be a quick deal.Boy was I wrong, after 5-7 minutes of waiting with no menus, drinks, introduction, and order being taken, we decided to leave when we noticed that the folks who got there after us were getting their drinks and order taken.I would understand if they were short staffed and busy but, they were not and they were able to quickly and attentively serve those who got in after us.I wouldn’t hold my breath on getting service.
RUDE. Walked in with 2 customers sitting at the barstools. Went to our table and waited to be served. Was there all of 5 mins to hear a waitress and cook yelling and swearing and carrying on about whatever they were arguing about. Other waitress stared at us and pulled out her phone. Upon leaving without service they yelled "another one leaving add it to the count" and they other said "we only serve our regulars here anyway." Employees here are trash
I cant describe how upset and Disgusted I am. I came here to get something to eat obviously, well I place my order and im told “we have no burgers or buns” im sorry but ive never heard that from any waffle house. My friend goes to order their food and is told they are also out of that. To add to this we were given plastic wear not silverware when we got out drinks I noticed that there was some white stuff stuck inside of my friends cup as they were drinking i automatically spit mine out and told them to not drink anymore of it because who knows what that even was in the cup… please just dont go here..

I have been here 2 times and both times I have had absolutely terrible service. Will not be going back. Would not recommend this waffle house to my worst enemy.
We had Jenn as our server and she had a great personality and was super positive. She took great care of us and ensured all our needs were met. Jenn could write the book on how to be a server! Thanks for the great experience!!
