The Server we had was AWESOME!!!! The Cook DEFINITELY Knows What He Is Doing! If It Hadn't Been For The EXTREMELY LOUD LAUGHING HYENA'S 1 TABLE AWAY.. I WOULD SAY IT WAS REALLY GOOD!!! BUT I Couldn't Hear Myself Think Or Hear The Music ?? I Played! Plus It Made It VERY HARD To Have A Conversation! People Like That Should Be MORE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS!!!
Waitress was awesome, friendly and attentive. I have celiac disease and HAVE to eat gluten free, I always request no toast on my plate probably 90 % of the time it ends up on my plate anyway but this waitress followed my order to make sure it was done right ✅️ I wish I remembered her name. I recommend this waffle house over the one on Berkeley Blvd.
Store #1389 did an amazing job!!!This is the very best service I have received in a long time from a waffle House. I left very impressed & satisfied! The whole work crew, manager, waitress, & cooks were Great! Thanks guys keep up the good work!
The absolute best service and food I have ever received at a Waffle House! Scrambled eggs with cheese, chewy bacon, scattered hashbrowns with cheese, plain toast, chocolate chip/pecan waffle and cherry Coke to drink. It was accurate, fast, hot and delicious! I was really impressed!
Way better management than the one on Berkeley!! We went to Berkeley and it was dirty and gross, had to come to the Wayne memorial and the manager is very nice, all employees had great customer service and most importantly in order and clean. I never give reviews but I was very surprised and impressed with the difference! Always visit the one on Wayne Memorial!!
These places just aren't good anymore. Last time I ate here before this time was 15 years ago. Now I remember why. I tried to give it a shot. There's just way better food for cheaper here that are also much cleaner places. This is like a last resort kind of place. The McDonald's beside it and Hardee's across the road are better. That's saying something because I don't eat McDonald's since finding out their allowed to have a % of cancer causing chemicals in their food
The waitress there was so beautiful OMG. I asked her out and now she is my girlfriend and I love her so. Also the food is good too
This is my first time coming to Waffle House in Goldsboro, there wasn’t a lot of customers and they had plenty of employees working. My family and I waited at the table for over 15 minutes for someone to attend us. The waiters kept looking at us and for some reason they we’re talking to each other and acting like none of them wanted to attend us. I have never felt so out of place, I was very disappointed.
Food is great and the servers are amazing! The manager is extremely rude. He yelled at the servers and demanded that they look at him in his eyes. He was extremely demeaning. It was utterly embarrassing for this dude to power trip in front of a restaurant full of people.
This waffle house has highly improved over the last year. Been nicer to go there recently and will go back more often now
